Ken's crew was prompt, courteous, professional, and punctual. They did the job over the course of two days, checking with me to be sure I was happy with their progress and thoroughly cleaning up after themselves when the work was done. Highly recommended!

Ken and his team did an excellent job, were responsive to my concerns and questions about flashing and sources of leaking from the old roof installation and chimney. They completed the job quickly and left nothing for me to clean up in yard or driveway. I would hire again when it comes time to replace the remaining parts of roof.

The installation went well. There were delays due to rain. The final cost increased from the original estimate due to hidden damage discovered after the old membrane was removed. It had not been installed correctly. I agreed to the additional cost. They took care of a few extras like removing an old TV antenna from the chimney and trimming tree limbs that were in contact with the roof at the rear of the house. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was completed.

Ken came out right away. Estimate with pictures was helpful. Crew was prompt, courteous and cleaned up well.

The price was lower than another estimate we had, and I decided to go with Rescue Roofing bc Ken was very professional, he agreed to get the work done within 2 weeks, and he provided a detailed estimate that included photos. The work was done quickly and in the time frame we needed. Ken kept us informed as to the work timeline, and he was very knowledgeable. The work was very good quality, including matching the paint on the soffit and around the window. Ken is a true professional and we were very happy with the work. These guys were great to work with. They were friendly and professional, and scheduled our job very quickly (within a couple weeks of accepting the contract). The crew was very professional and conscientious. They did a great job on the roof and cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. Their communication was excellent! The crew was running a little behind the first day, and called to let me know, which I really appreciated. Also, Ken was very responsive anytime I e-mailed with questions. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to others!

Great. The came when they said they would, and they finished that day. They also cleaned up a mess of my own that I asked them to for a little tip.

Ken, owner of company, was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Work was done in a timely manner and the workers cleaned up afterwards. I had three bids on the job, and the other guys could not do both the wood repairs and the painting. I thought Ken's price was reasonable and I am very pleased with the work. Also very convenient to have one company do everything. Would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

The process went great. I had been working with Ken for over a year. I knew I needed a new roof but didn't know when to get one. Ken worked with my budget. I had a few other roofers come out last year but Ken was the most responsive and had the best price. I highly recommend Rescue Roofers.

We called three different roofing companies, ranging from small and local to the bigger names you hear on the radio. One told us it was too small of a job, one said we needed to call our builder, and one said they'd be there in a few days and then simply did not show up. Rescue Roofing came exactly when they said they would, returned phone calls promptly, offered an easy and fair priced work proposal, and repaired our roof within 24 hours of signing the contract. They sent photos of the damage and the completed work. They matched our shingles perfectly, and did the work in such a way you'd never know the roof was repaired. We will be calling them first in the future if we ever need more roofing or siding work.

Very responsive. He called the next day to set an appointment to inspect the chimney. The repair took about 6 hours and it was done 5 days after I called him. I would highly recommend.

Ken came out the same day had a quote by the afternoon. Work was performed 2 days later all in one day. Major rains the next day and no leaks really nice. Labor on the job was respectful and professional. Would definitely use in the future

Ken was very prompt and professional. He came and inspected the leak, and same day sent me an email with the work proposal and estimate. The roof got fixed about five days later. Overall I was pretty pleased with his professionalism and efficiency. Having said this, however, I'm disappointed that new shingles stick out like a sore thumb next to old shingles and the differences (in shade) can be seen from relatively far away; Ken had mentioned both in writing and verbally that he would try to match the shingles "as closely as possible", so that was what I was expecting. It (new shingles) stands out a lot!

I was shown photos of the work when it was completed and I am satisfied that the work was completed well. I believe I only waited 1 full day between the time that I scheduled and the time the work was completed. I needed to hire a company that accepted credit cards and they did allow me to do that. I am confident that the estimate of repairs was honest, as I recently purchased my home, so I compared my estimate with my home inspection report and everything matched up. I will contact them again in the future.
