It appears that overall you were fairly satisfied with the service you received; however, our goal is to always earn the highest scores possible. We like “good” but we strive for “GREAT”. Our records indicate that you had your WaterMax equipment installed in May, 2000 and have only had the one service call in September. Like any mechanical machine or appliance you would expect to have minor service issues occasionally, but you can give yourself a little pat on the back for being an educated consumer and choosing the very best water treatment system in the industry. We are pleased to hear that you have only had to have service on your equipment once in 13-1/2 years. This tells us that the equipment is working hard for you and your home, and that you can expect to receive many more years of service with this equipment. It is extremely helpful to receive feedback from valued customers such as you so that we know what we are doing right, and where can make adjustments if necessary. We are glad to see that you are receiving the level of service that we promised when you purchased this unit back in 2000.
