Everything is great. They do a good job. I get my bill emailed to me once a month. I send them a check for billing and it's all very easy.

They did a great job. They really know what they are doing and are educated very well on the system. I've used them for years to mow my lawn and when I found out they did irrigation systems, I hired them right away. They are good people to work with.

They did an excellent job, were very helpful, and worked in a very timely manner.

They mow, edge, and blow all the grass clippings away from our property. They do a quick and proffesional job. They are always dependable.

They had so many good reviews on Angie's List. I called them up for an estimate and they said someone would be showing up and that was over 2 months ago. No one ever showed up and I just wrote them off. The person who called me called pretty quickly after the initial phone call was placed, they said they would leave an estimate in the mailbox or at the front door. There was no follow up phone call or anything like that. I have no use for companies that don't call me back.

I have a pain disorder and my husband had a cerebral hemorrhage 2 summers ago. Neither one of us is capable of mowing our lawn. I contacted several lawn care businesses I found on Angie's list. GAG was the most responsive and the estimate was in line with other quotes we received, $25.00 per mowing. GAG has provided us with reliable lawn care. The lawn is mowed on an "as needed" basis and edged each time the lawn is mowed from April through October. We are using GAG again this summer.

They take care of my yard all season. I am very happy with them.

Amazing! Such a relief to have G.A.G. provide this service for me! I called on 11/11/09 for them to come out for an estimate. Gary, the company owner, showed up the very next day (AND with his equipment in case I wanted the job done on the spot). Well, he beat the price of another company's estimate by being at least $120 LESS. I accepted his bid immediately and he and his co-worker spent roughly 3 hours on a job that is normally neverending for me every Fall. All the leaves from my front and back yard, also the sides of the house and my shared driveway were hauled and blown to the curb so they could come with a truck to vacuum them and remove them the next day. (That was an add'l 45 minutes work for the truck crew). Gary and his company are so awesome that my neighbors took notice and also signed them up to remove their leaves. I gladly overpaid them by $15 or so because the service was so useful. For anyone who is City of Columbus proper with a huge leaf job that causes you nightmares every year, use this company. No raking, blowing or bagging...just peace of mind within a day or two of the initial call. Maybe I called them at just the right time, but this company rescued me and I hope to keep using them in the future.

I have been very happy with them. I don’t have to call them or worry about anything. They keep my lawn mowed and keep the leaves taken care of.

Started off good for the first couple of years, then after a crew change quality of workmanship got worse.

I requested that they remove the leaves and debris around my house, trees, and bushes.

Spring clean up was OK but later in the season than I would like. This was due to my former lawn company turning over this part of town to GAG and not doing that until late in spring. It takes them about 20 minutes to mow the lawn (takes me 1.5 hours-much longer with leaves). They mow, blow the leaves off, send a truck to vacuum up the leaf piles and trim if needed.

Gary is very professional and a very nice guy. The work was well done, thorough, and fairly priced. I always hold my breath when I use someone new, but these guys were great. No problems at all, and they met my expectation. I would recommend them highly for great work and great value.

Due to personal circumstances, I had been out of town frequently and had not been able to mow the lawn in early spring. As a result, the lawn was too long to mow with my push mower. I was referred to this company from another Angie's List business owner who could not schedule me at the time. Before this, I had contacted another service, but had trouble making contacts and connections to come to the house. GAG was a much different story. GAG returned my call promptly and scheduled the next available time within 1 day. They came when they said, and did an excellent job with the yard.

I called in the morning and they did the job that afternoon.

Gary is very polite and responsive to returning phone calls. Each time he came out, he worked very hard to make the repairs/adjustments that were necessary. His prices were also reasonable, and I was able to set up a lawn-cutting schedule with him over the phone, which was important to me, since I live out of state.

THEY WERE ABLE TO GET HERE WITHIN A FEW HOURS. OTHER COMPANIES DID NOT RETURN CALLS. ONLY PROBLEM IS I WON'T KNOW THE PRICE UNTIL THE INVOICE ARRIVES.

THEY WERE ONE OF THE LEAST EXPENSIVE ESTIMATES I RECEIVED. THEY ALSO, HAVE CONTRACTS WITH THE LIBRARIES AND KEEP THEM LOOKING IN SHOWCASE FORM. IN THE WINTER THEY PLOW MY DRIVEWAY AND SHOVEL THE WALKS FOR $30 WHEN THE SNOW REACHES 3 INCHES OR MORE. TO ME THEY ARE WORTH THEIR COSTS. THE OWNER CALLS OR COMES OUT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, TO RESOLVE IT. THEY SEEM TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION.
