Franklin Heating and Cooling has been in business for 30 years and is widely recognized for expert service, maintenance, heating, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration equipment installation. We do it all: furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, ductless mini-splits, and air conditioners. Additionally, we service and install whole-house humidifiers, air purifiers, and water heaters (including instantaneous tankless units) and permanently install automatic whole-house generators. I have a boiler, and not very many companies service boilers. I went with them because they were able to service it. They weren't very good about getting back with me. I would probably use them again in the future.

I DID NOT HAVE THE TECHNICIAN PERFORM WORK. HE COULD NOT GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF PRICE FOR WORK AND PARTS. HE SAID HE DID NOT KNOW IF HE HAD THE CORRECT PART IN THE TRUCK AND WOULDN'T KNOW UNTIL HE INSTALLED IT. SO I WOULD BE PAYING FOR HIM TO GUESS IF HE HAD THE CORRECT PART. ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS TO CALL IN MODEL NUMBER AND SERIAL NUMBER AND GET THE CORRECT PART BEFORE HE STARTED THE WORK. HE JUST DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I DID NOT HIRE HIM BUT HAD TO PAY $64.50 FOR 1/2 SERVICE CALL. THEY CHARGE $64.50 JUST TO COME OUT AND I WAS NOT TOLD THIS.

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT. I DO QUESTION THE KNOWLEDGE OF KNOWING THE PRODUCT. THEY LEFT WITHOUT RE LIGHTING THE STOVE AND THE HOME SMELLED OF GAS ONE DAY. THIS WAS NOT AT THE END OF THE JOB. AT THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB THEY LEFT EVERYTHING IN GOOD ORDER. I BOUGHT VERY HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS (OF MY CHOICE.)

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB!!! EVERYTHING WENT AS PER THE CONTRACT. THEY WERE IN, OUT, AND CLEANED UP. THEY CLEANED UP EVERY DAY. IT TOOK FOR DAYS TO COMPLETE WHICH WAS GOOD FOR ALL THE AMOUNT OF WORK THEY HAD TO DO.

THIS COMPANY INSTALLED OUR AIR CONDITIONER ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO AND WE HAVE HAD REPEATED TROUBLES. THIS IS PARTLY DUE TO THEIR RUSHING THE INSTALLATION BECAUSE WE WERE LEAVING TOWN. ON THE OTHER HAND, NO OTHER COMPANY WAS WILLING TO DO THE WORK BECAUSE IT WAS COMPLICATED.
