+ -1 morePrompt response to initial call. Evaluated well and found a new well was needed. Subcontracted well driller was unable to come and dig well for 2 weeks. Decided to go with another company who could drill faster. Good communication with well service. Called back and responded when promised. Faithful about charging a reasonable rate and refunding money.

Description of Work: This company did nothing for us. We called in June. Two people came to our home to look at our problem. They said they would return in a day our two to begin trying to isolate the problem with our well leak. They never returned or called. We called this company four to six times. None ever returned our calls. The last call I told them to take us off there list, we would look else where.

+ -1 moreVery well. The control mechanism on my well started leaking. I set up an appointment with Mr. Bauer and he arrive about 30 minutes later than scheduled. He inspected the situation and said he needed more parts. He returned about an hour later and started work. He replaced the entire pressure fixture, the holding tank, and the plumbing associated with it. It has worked with no leaks since. This is the second time I have used Bauer and both times he has come through for me.

+ -1 moreI called Bauer Repair Service and they were out to the house in less than three hours. Replaced switch and informed me that the Pressure Tank was also bad. I had some water until they returned in three days because they told me to install a new tank. Water pressure is now fine. They did an excellent job. The two jobs took about two hours total.
Description of Work: No water. Pressure switch went bad.
