Description of Work: Was looking for an estimate to repair and/or replace 2 older single-paned casement windows that were not air tight and were damaged by the prior owner. Called and was directed to the Grove City office. Unfortunately, decided not to even get an estimate because the receptionist indicated there would be a $65 fee for the in home estimate unless there was a "glass-related" issue (e.g., defogging) needed. Although this $65 would apply towards work performed, this is a poor indication of customer service in a competitive industry, and runs contrary to the explicit assertion on the website that estimates are free (with no caveats).
