Techno Air Heating & Cooling

Great experience!! I had a failing AC unit and purchased a whole new system including AC, furnace, lines, and thermostat. The installation was very proffessional, taking only a day for removal and reinstallation. The Daiken equipment is great, very attractive and quiet for the outside unit. Variable speed drives for all motors, inside and outside. The wireless thermostat has many capbilities including cellphone app, and Alexa control with our Echo Dots. My electric bill was apprimately $100 less for August compared to July with the new unit. The owner, Rob and his team were very proffesional, on time, and everything went well. All CDC protocals were met. I would highly reccommend this local Grove City business.

I used Techno Air almost 3 years ago to replace my furnace and felt they are a company I can trust. I called them to make an appointment to repair or replace my air conditioner. Terri (sp?) answered the phone and was happy to set up an appointment for me, but, fiirst, she asked me some questions and made suggestions of things to check. We made an appointment, but she said to call her back if her recommendations resolved the problem. I am happy to say they did (checking the breaker and furnace filter). They very easily could have made money off me with a service call that was not needed (due to my ignorance/neglect), but chose to try to help instead. I appreciate that approach. I will be more diligent with my furnace and air conditioner maintenance and will, of course, use Techno Air!!

The owner and associate arrived exactly when they said they would 8:30 am. Rob came in and introduced his helper Sean. We then made small talk and got to the point where we as the customers felt real comfortable with the installation. Rob went through every step of what they were going to do during the installation process. He even explained that they were going to get most of the outside work done first in an effort to beat the rain that was going to come in soon. He reassured us that even if it did start raining, that it would not matter because they always put down runners on the floor and ware shoe covers to keep the floors clean and dry. The installation went great and seemed to go with out a flaw. The only thing that did not go to as planned was when I asked them to do something extra for me. Of course, they did it with out a complaint. We highly recommend Techno Air Heating and Cooling

Rob (owner) was very courteous and informative in the estimating/proposal stage of the work. He made some excellent suggestions to get the maximum system installed for the best dollar spend. The actual work was done in one day. The new system works excellent. The new system is much quieter than the older system. Rob and the install crew cleaned everything up and hauled away the old system. The appearance of the new equipment is a very clean and neat look. I would certainly recommend Techno Air to other homeowners who are thinking of installing new equipment or having major repair work done.

It's about an hour to do the maintenance. We liked how this company gave us options and spoke with us about the installation, that's why we continue the use for maintenance. They are professional and have a quick turn around. When we had an emergency issue they overnight a part to have it fixed during Thanksgiving week.

They were great and excellent. It was under warranty so it was $300 with my portion. Speaking with the office to the actual service call, they were really friendly, professional, I felt like they were interested in making sure that I knew everything that was going to be done and understood that I was comfortable with the work they were going to do. I felt very comfortable with them, they did great work, possibly making sure that I was okay. My furnace was out, they tried to schedule an appointment as soon as they could because we were going through kind of a cold spell then, they worked as quickly as they could, kept me in the loop as far as when they order parts and they were just great. They were very personable, even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was okay. I really appreciated them. I plan to call them to do my air conditioning check-up, tune-up and whatever needs to be done, I think I would do that in the spring.

Eveyting went well, ac up and running. Very nice and professional. I did pay alittle extra for the after hours service call but it was well worth it and I did not want to wait until friday to get this fixed. I feel he was very honest and even showed me what part was bad and why it was bad. There is alot of bad things with this type of industry ie overcharging for repairs not needed as shown on the news. Techno air will be my go to company for all my ac needs. Kudos to Shawn and Rob for being top notch in their field.

I don't recall the details of the visit, but the technician arrived on time, asked if I had any questions or concerns, then proceeded to service my equipment. He was very professional and the visit didn't take that long. I plan to call them out next year. They did my initial installation too, and I was very pleased with that and gave them positive ratings on here.

They're on time and they get the job done. I'm quite happy with them.
