lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreThis was perhaps the worst business experience I have ever had T&T did not want to communicate anything and wanted me to pay for their mistake.
Description of Work: On Aug 18th I contacted T&T about picking up my mower & Snow blower to be repaired I was told a normal turn around time was 3 or 4 days. My belt on the mower needed replaced and I had a oil leak. The Blower wouldn't start. On Aug.19th T&T picked up my mower and snow blower. I called and ask for a estimate before any work to be done I was told they didn't' give estimates but if there were to be any extensive repairs I would be contacted. I did not here from T&T so I called them on Aug. 26th to inquire about the progress of my repairs. I was told the parts had been ordered. The oil repair was a recall and I would not be charged. I ask how much longer it would take or should I call back. I had to go in person to get a return date. When they called on the 4th they wanted to keep the blower and charge me over $400.00 for the repair on my mower. It seems the factory wasn't paying for my repair. I had them bring my blower back not fixed the owner knocked my bill down to $360.00.

+ -1 moreP*** poor customer service. I got an attitude from the salesman before I even asked for the part I needed. He made it clear he didn't want to help me with a couple smart remarks. After the third smart remark I called him on his attitude. I insisted on talking to his manager/ owner. After waiting for 5 min the owner finally came up to talk to me. I told him of how the salesman was treating me and he didn't even care. He didn't offer an apology or to even try to help me. Don't waste your time with these losers. They are over priced and have a bad attitude. Its not the customers fault you hate your job.

lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreI took a commercial walk behind in for a tune up. They estimated it at $70 to change the oil, change the spark plug and sharpen the blades. I got a call saying the bearing were broken and needed replaced. I asked them to give me an estimate for repairs. They began service without my permission and it cost $450. They also broke a pulley and claimed, "it happens" and tried to charge me for that also. They wouldn't return my calls and I was never able to speak to the manager or owner. Went
Description of Work: Went in for a tune up and it cost me $450!

lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreWhatever they did, a rod blew after using the mower a few times after the repair. This is a newer mower, so there is no reason for this to be happening. When we called them, they said they were not responsible and wouldn't do anything about it.
Description of Work: We took our lawn mower to have an oil leak repaired. They said they had to tear the motor down to get to the leak.The price included $67 an hour for labor.

+ -1 moreI was not very happy with their service. They did not repair our lawn mower correctly the first time that I brought it in so I had to bring it in a second time. The second that I brought our lawn mower in they kept it for weeks without getting it repaired correctly. They claimed that they were waiting for a part; someone was on vacation, and all kinds of other stupid things. We have a regular push lawn mower and while they had it we had to borrow on from a friend so that we could mow our lawn. They should have gotten the repair correctly the first time. When we got it back the first time it was in worse shape than when we brought it in. We brought it in for a tune up and when we got it back it we could not get it to start right. The first time I brought it in they charged me one hundred and twenty dollars and when I brought it in the second time they charged me an additional twenty dollars. I could have purchased another lawn mower for what I paid them.

+ -1 moreDIAGNOSED MOWER PROBLEM. ORDERED AND REPLACED THE CRANK CASE. THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD ABOUT DOUBLE CHECKING THE MOWER TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS BEFORE THEY LOAD IT FOR YOU TO TAKE HOME.
Description of Work: REPLACED CRANK CASE ON PUSH MOWER AND SHARPENED BLADE.
