+ 0 moreThe apartment complex I rent from uses Shawn with Steam Rite for their carpet cleaning and repair services. My berber carpet had multiple issues such as running, pilling, and coming off the tack strip. They hired Shawn to work with me to resolve the issues and I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was more than willing to accomodate my schedule and did a fantastic job performing the repair work. He also cleaned the carpet and it looks brand new.
Description of Work: Shawn shaved the pilling off of my berber carpet, patched a hole, put part of the carpet back down on the tack strip, and trimmed up snags.
