Went to trapper John’s and left our cell phone on the bus. Location services showed it at this business address but when we went there they said they didn’t have it. Being a business owner I would expect honesty, would never do business with a person of this integrity!

I called this company on Thursday and spoke to Ralph (the owner). I explained that I needed a repair to my window and what the problem was. He supposedly took my information down and said that Larry is who I would need to speak to and he would call me the next day. I waited for most of the day and never heard anything. When I finally called back, I spoke first to Jerry, and I told him that I had called the day before and spoke with Ralph and never received the call that I was promised, to which he replied "Ralph is 80 and he forgets sh** all the time," but gave no apology. So then I told him my problem and he told me that Larry is the balance guy and passed the phone to him. Larry asked me when I was free, to which I said the rest of the day and tomorrow (Saturday.) He said that since it was 3:30pm he wouldn't do today because traffic would be a pain getting to me and he didn't want to deal with it. I advised that I would be at home the next day and he said he could come. I asked for an estimate time and he said between 10:00 and 12:00. Saturday 12:05 and I haven't heard anything, so I call. Jerry answers and tells me that Larry drove to Chillicothe today and that he is always messing things up and he isn't surprised that he didn't call me. He then offered to come fix my window for me, but when I told him that it was the balances, he said that only Larry can do that and he wouldn't be able to help me. After that, I told him that at this point, I felt like I should just call another company with the way that I have been treated and he told me that I might just want to do that because they are very busy and its only him and Larry because Ralph doesn't go out on jobs anymore. I replied and said that if they didn't want the job just to say so and I would call another company, and he said yeah go ahead and call someone else and then didn't even say goodbye. All in all, this is some of the worst customer service that I have experienced. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know, or don't know for that matter. I would rather pay double the price of what they quoted me than to deal with this level of rudeness. While I prefer to use smaller "family" owned businesses, I feel that they should still live up to some sort of general decency when it comes to customer service, especially when these sorts of companies are fading out and being replaced by larger companies that have practices in place to provide excellent customer service, even if they do charge more. Think twice before calling Poor Boy Glass.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REPLACE GLASS AND WINDOWS. WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED THREE WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME. THEY CALLED LESS THAN 24 HRS TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT, THIS WAS A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE BECAUSE I HAD ARRANGED MY SCHEDULE TO STAY HOME.
