+ -1 moreMIKE THOUGHT THE WAY [ANOTHER COMPANY] WAS HANDLING OUR COMPLAINT WAS NOT RIGHT AND AT NO CHARGE TO ME, TOOK THE INITIATIVE. HE CALLED THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY ON OUR BEHALF AND IS ORCHESTRATING THE CORRECTION. MIKE SHOULD BE ON ANGIES LIST. HES WONDERFULLY FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Description of Work: MIKE DID THE INSTALLATION OF A GAS FIREPLACE WE PURCHASED FROM [ANOTHER COMPANY]. MIKE WAS RECOMMENDED BY THEM FOR THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION. WE WERE HAVING A PROBLEM AND [ANOTHER COMPANY] WAS NOT ATTENDING TO IT. SO WE CONTACTED MR COONS DIRECTLY
