Description of Work: They took out old appliances and installed new ones in my kitchen.

+ -1 moreTHE WORK ITSELF WAS FINE. THIS WAS HANDLED UNDER THE WARRANTY. THE GENERAL COMPANY SERVICE IS WHERE THE PROBLEM LAYS. WE STATED VERY CLEARLY THAT WE COULD NOT HAVE A MORNING APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF OUR SCHEDULES. BOTH TIMES THEY CAME THEY SHOWED UP EARLY, ONCE AT 9:00AM (WE TURNED THEM AWAY), THEY STILL SHOWED THE NEXT DAY AT 8:00AM AFTER STATING CLEARLY AGAIN WE COULD NOT HAVE THE EARLY APPOINTMENT. TRYING TO CONTACT ANY TYPE OF MANAGEMENT IS A NIGHTMARE. THIS ALONE IS ENOUGH TO KEEP ME FROM EVER BUYING ANOTHER MAYTAG APPLIANCE. ALSO, ACCORDING TO THE REPAIRMAN, THIS IS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM AND THEY ARE ACTUALLY UPGRADING THEIR PRODUCTS AS THEY SELL.
Description of Work: THE WASHER BROKE DOWN. THE TUB WAS NOT TURNING AND THEY REPLACED THE COMPUTER CONTROLLER BOARD WHICH APPEARED TO BE FRIED BY ELECTRICITY AND THE MOTOR ITSELF.
