Description of Work: Lynn was very responsive to our need for an estimate for a rubber membrane over the flooring of the 2nd floor porch at 68 W. 5th Ave. Now I cannot find the estimate and we are in need of completion. Can they reach out to us again if they can give a great estimate and provide us with a no-leak 2nd flooring, because that will be the underside of our first floor ceiling with exterior lights. If I remember she was trying to coordinate with a carpenter to do the finish on rails, floor (over the rubber membrane). + -1 moreIt is gorgeous and they did a great job. They cleaned up very well and everything was greatly cared for. They did not harm my plants and they used a dumpster to make sure my yard was clean. Cedar roofs are unique and they also installed copper flashing that looks great. Lynn Hinshaw is the owner's name and they did fantastic work. It was a very labor intensive job and I have a big house but they completed the project in great fashion. They were very nice and a pleasure to work.
