+ 1 moreEVERY TIME I WANTED TO MEET WITH HIM HE WAS ALWAYS AN HOUR OR TWO LATE. I DID GET AN ESTIMATE WHICH WAS $3,500 HIGHER THAN THE GUY I HAVE DOING THE WORK RIGHT NOW. I CALLED HIM ONCE TO GET THE PRICES TOGETHER AND HE WAS LATE AGAIN. THE ONLY COMMUNICATION HE HAS IS A CELL PHONE, WHICH HE HAS TO RETURN CALLS ON.
Description of Work: I DID GET AN ESTIMATE FOR GUTTERS, SIDING AND A GARAGE DOOR.

+ -1 moreVERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, WAS A GOOD PROBLEM SOLVER, LISTENED TO MY EXPECTATIONS AND IDEAS. HE WAS VERY TRUSTWORTHY.
Description of Work: THEY DID A COMPLETE REHAB OF THE BASEMENT, INCLUDING COMPLETE DEMOLITION, BUILT NEW WALLS, INSULATED, DRY WALLED, PAINTED, INSTALLED BASEBOARDS IN THREE ROOM, RELOCATED THE WASHER AND DRYER AND ALL THE PLUMBING INVOLVED, INSTALLED THREE NEW WINDOWS (ONE LARGE EGRESS AND TWO SMALLER WINDOWS), ENLARGED THE OPENING TO THE CRAWLSPACE, BUILT SOME CABINETS, ORDERED, INSTALLED READY MADE CABINETS & COUNTER TOPS, INSTALLED LIGHTS, INSTALLED LOUVERED DOORS TO CONCEAL THE FURNACE (SUBCONTRACTED REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION OF THE FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER), AND DESIGNED AND BUILT THE HALF BATH.
