+ -1 moreKEN CALLED ME BACK IMMEDIATELY AND SCHEDULED TO COME OUT. THE FIRST TIME HE CALLED AT THE TIME HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT MY HOUSE AND RESCHEDULED DUE TO ANOTHER JOB CONFLICT. THEN HE NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED FOR THE RESCHEDULED TIME.
Description of Work: KEN AGREED TO POWER WASH MY HOUSE BUT NEVER CAME TO DO THE JOB.

+ -1 moreOTHER THAN HAVING TROUBLE WITH HIS GARAGE DOOR CAUSING HIM TO BE LATE (BUT HE CALLED TO KEEP ME INFORMED), HE DID THE WORK AND THE RESULTS ARE GREAT! MY NEIGHBORS ALL COMMENTED ON HOW NICE IT LOOKS AND HAVE ASKED FOR HIS CARD. I GLADLY PASSED IT ALONG.
Description of Work: HE WASHED THE ROOF, POWER WASHED THE EXTERIOR ON THE HOUSE, A DECK, AND A WHEELCHAIR RAMP.
