+ -1 moreJosh and his team were GREAT! He listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond! His team was super friendly and very hard workers! Also very reasonably priced! I would for sure recommend them to friends and family!

+ -1 moreMike from Just Paint It! and his great crew did an excellent job on the exterior of our home. They were all very hard workers and such friendly and polite guys. We definitely recommend Just Paint It! and have already recommended them to friends. We also have plans to use them for interior painting in the near future. The exterior of our house looks great!
Description of Work: Exterior house, front door, garage doors, and gutters were painted. There was also repair work and replacement done on some of the cedar trim.

+ -1 moreWe received estimates from 3 different companies for exterior painting of all cedar trim, garage door & porch on our 21 yr. old 2-story home. We chose Just Paint It! LLC based on our impression of the owner, Mike Harlor, who was very knowlegeable & professional, as well as an affordable price. They have VERY COMPETITIVE PRICING. He provided a prompt, detailed estimate, which he emailed to us within 2 days of his home visit.. Mr. Harlor made several recommendations which we hadn't considered; i.e. painting the gutters in matching color & removing the downspouts, painting behind them & replacing. He also noted a few areas where the cedar boards were rotten around a couple 2nd story windows along w/ some damage from carpenter bees. My husband replaced those boards & the painters painted them & filled the holes on the 2nd story eave from the carpenter bees. They used LOTS of caulk aorund our windows, which they provided. This crew of FIVE arrived ON TIME both days w/ a DEFINITE CREW LEADER, who managed the crew well. They worked aound each other well, were very NEAT & THOROUGH. They brought all the equipment they needed inside a nice enclosed trailer w/ the company name on the side, parked on the street. They did exactly what they promised & then some extras. They were respectfull of our landscaping & cleaned up thoroughtly afterwards. The owner did a walk-around on the last day of this 2-day job & inspected the work done, recommended a 2nd coat on one eave & they did it that same day..
Description of Work: Painted exterior cedar wood trim, upper & lower level of 2-story house, scraped, caulked & sanded where needed. Removed & painted downspouts same color & replaced once completed. They also painted the front porch with numerous cedar posts, overhead ceiling area of porch, & our garage door with the same matching latex stain. My did supply the paint, which my husband had already purchased recently from Sherwin Williams, during their annual paint sale. However, the owner of this complany informed us later during the visit to our home for the estimate that he could've purchased the same paint from Sherewin Williams @ the same price, or possibly even less with his company discount.
