Imperial Glass and Shower

Description of Work: Tech came to house to make template for glass top for table. Said it would take a week to get in but no problem. When a week came and went I called and was told they couldn't make the top with no explanation.The man I spoke to said didn't you get a call or text? Whereupon I said I hadn't. Very poor business ethic. Would not recommend.

Description of Work: Came out for a service call, on a Monday morning, but they were stumped by how to repair a broken window in an older exterior wood frame door. They said they could not repair it, buy a new door. We had them look at two other small jobs for repair (a glass panel for a built in shelving unit and cracked glass in a vinyl window). They said they would email an estimate for the work, but changed the original quoted timeline for when it would be completed, because these two jobs were not considered as high a priority as a broken window in an exterior door. We did not receive the email estimate. Perhaps it was an email error but I never heard from them again. We ended up fixing the window ourselves after asking for a family member's help. Once we were able to fix the window ourselves (it did take a while), we realized we were disappointed with the expertise of this company and did not want to pursue using them for our remaining repairs anyway.

Description of Work: They installed a very nice frameless glass enclosure/door in my master bathroom, big improvement over what was there. Also replaces a couple of outdated glass cabinent doors and replaced the glass that had been broken for awhyle in one of my garage windows.
