I decided to try Heartland through a Groupon they offered. Between dogs and kids, I didn't have high expectations for my living room carpet, but it looks great! Good customer service, too--answered phone call and scheduled my job promptly, followed up with instructions on how to prep for cleaning via email, called before arrival, and arrived within the window. I will absolutely use them again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

My wife contacted them before buying the Groupon deal to make sure we knew what was included and when they would be able to come to the house and clean the carpets. I think she was in contact with their scheduler. Everything was clear and they could come out on a date that worked for us. They called ahead about 15 minutes prior to arriving, which was in the two hour window that they originally gave us. The Groupon didn't include any upgrades, so they reviewed the options with us and took our credit card payment through a smart phone with a Square card reader. They got right to work and completed the job in less than an hour. The carpets had been through a lot since getting a new dog and dog sitting for others. The carpets look great now, but the floorboards of the bedroom are damaged...paint and wood chipped off from obviously rushing the job. I was sitting in the kitchen and could hear him banging around upstairs. When he left, I hadn't got a close enough look at the room, trying to avoid the wet carpet. When I went to bed tonight, I saw the damage caused by carelessly hitting the floor boards. Disappointing. I will not recommend. My wife will be contacting them Monday, so we'll see what they do to make it right.

Beautifully. The carpet looked better, smelled better, and clearly was much cleaner than when we purchased the home.

They did a great job and were very professional. Its a small company and the owner was the main person doing the work. I would recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Great! They we quick to get us scheduled, and very flexible when we needed to reschedule. They called 30 mins before they arrived. Did a walkthrough with us, and performed the cleaning quickly and throughouhgly. They were great!

It was a little difficult to contact them, I got the feeling that this is a very small operation, always had to leave a message and then they would call back in the evenings. But it did work out. They called me the day of service to let me know they had a cancellation and could be earlier if that was okay, which it was. They arrived when they said they would, explained exactly what they were going to do and got right to work. This turned out to be the best cleaning these carpets have ever had. They took their time and you can definitely tell, they look brand new. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to others.

I found Heartland Carpet by purchasing a Groupon for services for our new home. The customer services was amazing!! I had a change my appointment due to a conflict and they were real easy to work with. The cleaning and other services were great!! We had a musty smell in our basement and now it smells and looks great! I would recommend using Heartland Carpet and will be using again for future needs.
