My wife and I (handicapped quadriplegic) have called on Guaranteed Drain Professionals for over 12 years. Mike has always been prompt, courteous, and clean. Most recently he had to come back to find a secondary stoppage. He snaked the tub drain and the main line down to the septic tank. After it was opened, apparently the washer line had a blockage where he had to return the next day This normally doesn't happen but when he has to return he comes out quickly and with no issues to guarantee satisfaction for his work. He is a trusted professional, which is unusual these days.

Mike does a great job. Have called him for the past 15 years whenever sewer line has clogged. I had two very large trees in my backyard that I did not want to take down so my line would get clogged about every 4 years. He thoroughly cleaned out the roots. Never had to call him back a week later because line clogged again unlike those big Rooter companies that just want $$$. Mike charges a reasonable price, guarantees this type of job for 90 days and leaves the work site clean. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

They were very easy to work with. He was very professional and very easy-going. He tries to put you in if it's really an urgent thing. You don't pay these big prices. He's very kind, polite and very good.

Non trusting/Horrible--He gave estimate, then came back the next day after we called him to see where he was. He found that the shower tile was cracking off behind the wall from previous work, and put the fixtures in the shower back on and walked out the door without saying one word and never came back. Never returned any calls either.

I had a scheduled appointment on Monday, Nov 21. I was to have been the first service call of the day. No one showed up--all day. Called Mike and found out that he was out of town. Supposedly he subbed my job/appointment out to another plumber. He was to call me back (but didn't). When I called him back he said that he could not reach the other plumber. I called him every hour on the hour thereafter.. Mike never called me back. There is no word on whether the plumber is coming or not. I took off work and waited all day Monday for a 9 am appointment that turned into a no-show. It's Tuesday, and Mike has not shown nor called me back. I have left him numerous messages.

We have used them several times and always have good experiences with them.

Septic exit line was running slow so I called Mike. He came out to clear the line with an electric snake. Line appears to be blocked, broken or damaged so it could not be cleared, he didn't charge the full rate.

He was excellent and I am happy with him. My friend referred him to me. They were punctual and friendly. They were neat and clean. They were competent and respectful. They were fair. I loved him. He did a lot of work. The price was okay. Whenever I have a plumbing need I would be using his services.

He always comes out whenever I need him right away. He is very professional and I couldn't ask for more. The last time I called him for one drain, and he actually ended up cleaning three drains and checking the sump pump. He is so personable, knowledgeable, and is always at a great price.

Excellent service. Quick to respond, called when they said they would, worked within my schedule.

They were 20 min late, but overall they did a good job.

HE WAS ON TIME. HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY. I WAS VERY GLAD TO GET MY DRYER VENT ATTACHED.

HE DOES GOOD WORK, WE HAVE USED HIM IN THE PAST. MIKE IS VERY GOOD, HE TAKES HIS TIME. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM. HE IS GREAT!!

MIKE WAS ON TIME AND CLEANED UP WELL WHEN JOB WAS DONE.
