The first softener that he suggested was not good, so I called him and said he needed to replace it with a more comparable model. He had several excuses for not coming out. When he finally did, he didn't have the drain pan that I had paid for. He finally did bring that. Every time he came out, I had to rearrange my schedule or take time off work.
Description of Work: He was hired to replace my water softener. It started in June, but the job was just finished in September.

He was called out to fix our bathtub and get hot water running. Our faucet stem is broken. He came to take a look, then our home warranty company approved the work. It was supposed to be completed in a few days. Every time we contact the company to schedule the appointment or ask if they have gotten the part yet, they tell us Rocky will contact us soon. We never get a call back!
Description of Work: He came to look at the bathtub problem. He was sent by my home warranty company. We have already paid our $100 deductible to get the work done (directly to Rocky and not to our home warranty company).
