First application (early spring) went well. Awaiting the spring application next. Excited about having an organically healthy lawn! Matt, is also very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable about lawn care.

Good Nature Organic Lawn Care were was very respectful and responsive. They got back to me within one day via e-mail (my prefered method of communication) with my quote. They understood my concerns reguarding young children with allergies and addressed my concerns. They will call the day before an application and will leave a yard sign. Everyone I spoke with with knowledgeable and nice.

They are amazing, very prompt, always call, always available if you have questions, and extremely professional.

I have been using this company for 3 years now and am very pleased with what they do. I buy annual treatment plans based on what they suggest, but also staying in my budget. Each time they come they leave a note explaining what they did, what could be done in the future and explain why treatments could be helpful. They also call me periodically to make sure all is well, because I usually am not here when they come. I like it that I am using organic products and am doing my part to keep chemicals out of our environment. I am by no means a fanatic about this, but I really do feel the yard/soil has been healthier and I know that my dog and kids are not exposed to chemicals when we are outside.

I called several companies to get help with our lawn. The previous year, areas in the lawn died off. We thought it might be grubs so we reworked the lawn in those spots in the fall with new seed and treated the lawn for grubs. This year the newly planted patches of grass died off again. Frustrated, we called for help. Two of the other companies just wanted to give me estimates for fertilization treatments without coming out to see the yard. We take care of our own fertilization, so that just frustrated me further. Good Nature was willing to come out and look at the lawn and talk to me. He came out within 2 days to see the lawn. He listened to what we had done and what we were looking for in a lawn. We have kids, a dog and shade issues. We know we will never have a perfect lawn, we just don't want dead patches where there is sun and no kid or dog traffic. He noted several types of fungus growing in our lawn and looked at they types of grasses we have growing (or not growing). His suggestion was to wait until fall and reseed the areas with a blend of grasses that is more fungus resistant than what we have growing in our yard right now. He also suggested a soil analysis so that we could better address the needs of our lawn. The analysis report that was sent to us told us what the different levels of nitrogen, phosphorus, pH, etc. were in the lawn and how we could adjust them with fertilizers, etc. At no time did he push his fertilizer service, understanding we wanted to do it ourselves. It was great to be listened to, understood and respected as a customer! We will see how the new grass does this summer, but right now it looks great. Excellent experience.

We found good nature through a whole foods presentation on how bad lawn fertilizers are for people and the water supply. We had a new build that had sod. After the first year it had tons of thatch and was brown in lots of areas. We brought in Good Nature and they did slice seeding in our front lawn and overseeding in our back lawn. We are very happy and proud of how our lawn looks. It seems to do better in the heat compared to our neighbors. Good Nature does a great job communicating with us and when we did have some dandelions pop up in the spring they did a great job working with us to spot spray them.

Everything went quickly and smoothly, with great results.

It's too early to tell results, but the staff are very friendly and responsive.

We got them off through Angie's List. We had complications with them, but we still went with them. We pre-paid them and we got a little bit of a discount because of Angie's List and our previous care. We ordered quite a bit of stuff from them. We prepaid them about $550. They are very, very quick to respond. They have an immediate pretty much within 24 hours estimate for us because they use some aerial images that they look at. They have been fantastic so far. They are pretty much willing to answer any questions regarding organics and our lawn. They are very attentive and will pretty much apply whatever is best for our lawn. Our lawn is looking really great. They have only done two treatments, but so far so good. They are very receptive and give very good advice. We continue to use them.

I've been using this service for two years and I really appreciate them. I have a large (over 1 acre) and difficult (very shady, on a forest edge - lots of invasive species) lawn and Good Nature has gotten grass to grow where it hadn't grown for years. They always call me before coming out for service and I find their newsletter very helpful. My yard is looking much better and is still friendly to all the local wildlife.

It was kind of pricey. The charge was per application and you had to purchase an additional weed-killing package. It was really expensive for us; we have an acre lot. It was not worth it to us for the additional cost. I prefer organic but it was a little too much. He was very helpful and did offer to take some off the monthly treatment. They gave us a written estimate of exactly what they would do. He was very open and said to call him anytime. It was a very positive experience.

I prepaid for the summer and received a discount. The quality of the service stands out to me.

We currently use them for our lawn service. We hired them after a bad experience with another lawn service. They have been wonderful. The best thing is their responsiveness. They call before they come, which is great for a family with kids and dogs. We also love that it's organic. Chemicals may work, but if we can do it without polluting the environment more, even better. Their price compared to other services is VERY good. And, finally, when I call, I don't get a call center...I get the people doing my lawn. We highly recommend them. The results on our lawn, in a very short time, has been amazing.

It's going very well. The company has been very forgiving of us since we forgot to unlock our back gate more than once (that won't happen again! I promise!). Looking forward to the seeding process this fall.

We have never had a better lawn since using Good Nature. Because they are an organic lawn company, we have the comfort of knowing we are not poisoning our pets and kids! The slice seeding technique in our very shady yard was like a miracle! We had lost almost all of our grass. We followed Matt's watering directions carefully and it worked. They will also use a little traditional weed killer on individual weeds if requested. If you want 100% organic, they will provide that too. He also recommended a natural agent for getting rid of our field ants. That worked too! I would highly, highly recommend Good Nature.

There was a representative at the homeshow, Matt, who was very friendly. We checked this company out because we wanted to use a product that was less harmful. They answer phone calls right away and are good with communication.

My suburban yard is a certified wild life habitat with the National Wildlife Federation. I let the rabbits eat the clover, I don't douse it with pesticides. A friend gave me the Good Nature post card he had received in the mail. I requested a consultation online that night, and had a quote in my door the next day. Matt followed up a day or two later to see if I had any questions regarding the applications. He truly wanted to answer any questions I had and didn't pressure me into buying anything. I love the fact that all applications are strictly organic. However, if you would prefer mostly organic but more aggressive weed control, they can do that also.

The house had been vacant for a year, so we needed to get the lawn back in shape. It's hard to tell if the treatment has worked yet. I called several lawn companies. I was mostly interested in organic product. Of all the companies I called, this company was one of the most professional and had the lowest price.

They came quickly and the person who came measured the lawn. . We called them day before and they got back to us today with the estimate. They were very responsive. He was supposed to e-mail the quote but since they had the incorrect e-mail address they called us and gave us the quote.

Their price is reasonable. I switched to them after using another company for several years. Good Nature is prompt about getting back with me. They research and explain things well. They seem like a larger company than I was using before. I am pleased with my experience with them.

I like that the products they use are organic. I thought that the price was reasonable. The price was competitive with non-organic companies which I liked. They were professional and they did a good job.
