+ -1 moreMy air handler kept blowing fuses, disabling the system. Brian from Golden Bear came out, diagnosed the problem to be a faulty defrost board in the heat pump, ordered the part and came back within just a couple days of his first visit, and replaced it. Everything has been working well since then. No mis-diagnosis, no guessed diagnosis, no "throwing parts at the problem," just a correct diagnosis from the start and quick repair. On top of that Brian is friendly, clean, and the type of person you're comfortable with coming in your home.
