We called them late in the day & they were out the very next morning. We were their first visit.
Description of Work: They came out several times through this process. The original reason we called them out is because we saw water dripping beside our a/c unit in the basement. When the gentleman came out to do the inspection, he was poking around some of the duct work. The soft duct work, not the metal duct work. When he was doing this, it burst & a buckets worth of water dumped on his head. After drying off he traced the source of the leak to the refrigerator & turned the water off. He repaired the a/c unit & all the duct work that was damaged from this water leak. He then inspected everything.

WANTED THEM TO FIX OUR GAS HEATER. MADE AN APPOINTMENT. MEMBER CALLED AND CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT, BUT THEY SHOWED UP ANYWAY WITHOUT TELLING HER.
