This company is worth the money. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service, the understanding of those working, and their commitment to getting rid of the problem for me.

Description of Work: My husband brought bedbugs home from work. I heard horror stories about treatment that heated up your whole house. Discreet Bedbug offered a steam treatment that perfectly suited our situation.

+ -1 moreDealing with bed bugs is an embarrassing and even emotional issue. DBBR was WONDERFUL. In addition to their knowledge and professionalism, they were kind to us at a disruptive time. They were thorough(!) and very discreet, making sure that the problem was addressed without signs that would have broadcast our plight to everybody. Their work is warrantied, too. They've given us our house back and our piece of mind. Call them!

+ -1 moreI contacted this company and they were very responsive. I was in Rehab from having had open heart surgery and didn't want to return home with the bed bug issue still going on. They understood my situation and worked within my timeline so that when I returned home from rehab I didn't have to contend with the bed bug issue. They formed a plan and followed that plan professionally and responsibly. This is a company that you can believe in and depend on for good service! Two treatments and the bed bug problem was resolved and remains resolved 9 months later to my extreme satisfaction. Courteous, dependable and very affordable!

+ -1 moreI am bed bug fee. They came in my home an did what they said they was going to do. How they said they was going to do it., and when they said. They was on time.
Description of Work: The staff was friendly and kind to my needs. I had a list of things to do before they came so I know what to expect and how to prepare my home for them, an information on after care. They also explained to me what I needed to do with each room. They came to my house in an unmarked car so that only I know why they were at my home. The person that came into my home walked me through my home showing me what he was going to do, where to look for the bugs. He then went into detail on how he was going to clean (steam) all of my beds/furniture. My daughter has two doll baby’s that talk an I could not put them in the wash and dryer so he was kind and steam cleaned them for me so that she would not have to go without them. The person that came also helped me to carry out my kids animal cages. I was very comfortable around the person. I also like the fact that they guarantee there would for 6 months
