DAVE'S HEATING & COOLING

He basically took the money and ran. He didn?t do anything as per the contract. He took for ever to do what he did do. He also wanted a jury trial. He gave only excuses for not sticking to the contract and he never showed up on time. He will be here for around 45 minutes when he comes and leave.

Sloppy work. Furnace was replaced in July during a heat wave so A/C would function properly and Dave didn't test the actual furnace part, so the first time I switched to Heat I got no hot air - just a blinking status light. Had to have Dave come back out, where he found that during the gas line installation he had broken off one of the electrical connectors. ''I don't know how I missed that. Sorry, guy.'' Lack of testing, that's how. Dave also didn't install the furnace filter slot properly the first time. I had a hard time getting the first filter out and putting the new filter in. He fixed that when he came out for the no heat problem. ''Wow, that's a tight fit.''These issues are simple things that should have been done right during the original install. Timeliness - ''First thing in the morning'' actually means Noon.

I've used Dave's Heating and Cooling on several occasions both in my homes and in rental properties. He knows what you need and explains it clearly, shows up when he says he will, and his workers are very knowledgeable and professional. I think this is either the 4th furnace or a/c unit he's installed for me, but maybe the 5th. He also services all our properties and again his reliability and service are wonderful. Debbie

HE WAS ON TIME, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. PLAN TO USE THEIR SERVICE AGREEMENT IN THE SPRING WHICH WAS MAILED TO ME TO READ OVER UPON MY REQUEST.

THEY CAME WITHIN TWO HOURS OF MY CALLING. I LEFT THEM AT MY HOME BY THEMSELVES, AND EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP WELL.
