Doug did a great job building a new 12' x 20' shed in my back yard. He designed it after I told him a general idea of what I wanted. He was prompt every day and kept me informed on the status of the work each day. The shed is wonderfully constructed and will likely last 40 years. I would definitely hire him again.

Doug was great. He came out the day before and provided an estimate (labor + parts). He was very knowledgeable and professional. He obtained all the necessary parts and fixed all the items requested in the time he had estimated. Doug cleaned up the work site. Scheduling and the payment process was a breeze.

Very good and it turned out better than I thought. Beautiful work and Excellent Craftsmanship!

I called twice and left a message requesting a quote. They never returned my calls.

Everything worked as planned. We needed some fixtures replaced, lines run, new fixtures installed including a ceiling fan and outdoor security lights. Doug was here on time, installed everything as planned, and cleaned up after. He also was able to change the original plan to make some of the lines installed in a better-looking method, which we truly appreciated. We are so glad we found Doug, and have some more projects planned.

Doug Cordial was great to work with. He scheduled a time to stop by to look at it, and then scheduled a replacement date. Both times he was on time, even a bit early. We were very, very satisfied with the job he and his son did with taking care of our problem. He matched the stain with the rest of the trim, and then also stained another vent on the front to match perfectly. We are completely happy with this job, and hope to use Doug again very soon. There are always projects to be done.

I can't say enough about the good work of Doug Cordial. He took care to prepare a very detailed estimate, then did a very professional job of investigating the problem, coming up with a solution and doing the work. He takes special care to seal off areas so that dirt/dust does not get out of the work area. He communicates extremely well -- something some contractors are not known for! And he took care to thoroughly clean up after the job was done. He can do a lot of different handiwork around the house. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to others. Due to the nature of the job, with back cement board, tile work, then caulking, Cordial had to make visits over three days to complete the job.

My experience went very well and they were very professional! Everything was fixed properly and looks great! I would definitely hire for any job with the way they handle their business and treat their clients!

Electrical work was taken care of very professionally. Also had a follow-up estimate prepared for possible tile work. Very satisfied and glad to know of a professional, responsive handyman service that can take care of multiple items. Very handy to know a one-stop handyman service.

It turned out better than I expected. I wish I called Cordial Maintenace & Handyman Services years ago! They came up with ideas on how to finish the area I never thought about and we're always providing updates. They were very professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. We even used them for other projects around the house such as a plumbing leak in the bathroom and cutting a tree down. The price they quote will be the price they charge, unless unexpected costs/problems arise and they will discuss with you ahead of time. No unexpected charges at the end!

The project when very well. The rain caused some delays but the work was done in 5 days. 2 days was rain. 3 days of work.

Doug was always on time and did an amazing job above & was beyond my expectations. All right on schedule & at the quoted price. I will ha I g him do more work soon & will definitely hire him for ALL of my future needs. I cannot say enough good things about the detail, quality & personal attention he gave each project making me feel it was as important to him as it was to me!!

Doug was very prompt, courteous, professional, and clean! He was upfront with his pricing and added change orders without issue. He was very clear on the cost and time frame, and he completed the work on time. He was happy to answer all of my questions and kept me informed on the status through out the day with each line item. Doug Cordial responded after seeing my post and came later that day to look over the job. He had an estimate to me the next morning! As I'm retired we worked together to allow Doug to have a flexible schedule to complete the work. He started that Friday and was finished on Sunday. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and with someone that was so easy to work with, who is very professional, works with you on any issues he finds so it's a joint decision on how to proceed, does an excellent job on the install, plumbing and keeping everything cleaned up along the way. I will definitely have Doug on my speed dial for any additional work in the future.
