Phillip did a great job, he was on time fix the gas value and even put a new one on another one and found some else was wrong and fix that, and did that free of charge, Thanks. If you ever need someone to fix your gas Phillip is the man to call.. Call you wont be disappointed.

Very professional and friendly service

Called Columbia Gas Pro out in order to move a gas valve in order to install a water heater. He arrived on time and had the job done quickly! He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond willing to work to assist if anything else was needed during install. Will definitely recommend if anyone I know needs a gas pro!

Philip of Columbus Gas Pro has both quickly responsive, and fantastic customer service. He is very knowledgeable, clearly communicative, trustworthy, and experienced . As a former Columbia Gas technician, he directly communicated with the Columbia Gas technicians to clear up some confusion regarding the extent of repair needed from a prior Columbia Gas tech.- which saved me a lot of money. His charge was less than 40% of the lowest previous quotes from other companies. After Columbia Gas installed a new meter he was out same day to checkout everything. He charged nothing for this follow up visit. Phil is a rare find whom I will whole heartedly recommended to all my friends and relatives.

Columbia gas found a leak after I was smelling gas which resulted in my gas being shut off and being in the middle of winter was very frustrating. I contacted serval companies none were able to come out same day expect Columbus Gas Pro. Phil came out and I realized right away he was the right person for the job. Very professional and knowledgably. He used the same testing equipment Columbia Gas did which was reassuring. He was able to pin point the leak and make the repairs very quickly and helped identify some other potential issues and made those repairs also. After he made the repairs Columbia Gas had to come back to check that repairs were made and the tech from Columbia said that everything was up to code and holding test and was able to get gas back on that day! I hope to never have another issue but if I do I will be calling Columbus Gas Pro again. Thanks Phil for being so nice and doing a great job!!
