Columbus Gas Pro

Phil the owner of Columbus gas pro knows his stuff. I got 3 estimates all saying it would be cheaper to replaces ALL my lines when Phil found a solution without replacing and only repairing serval lines. The cost was a quarter of what the other 3 estimates I got. Glad I called and found them. Phil is also very informative and helped with getting the gas company out same day. I hope I don't every have another gas leak but if I do I will call them again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Phil is very knowledgeable and saved me a ton of money because he knew how to perform a gas line test correctly. Discount Drain was going to charge me $1100 for fixing leaks that where non-existing

Plus Phil is just a nice guy. He will make sure your problem is fixed and you are happy with the job he did. I do not write many reviews, but felt I owed this one to Phil for his hard work and dedication to do the customer right.

After our propane supplier identified one leak at the tank they said there was another inside our house and locked off our tank. Phil was very helpful on the phone while I was working with my propane supplier even though I was not paying him and was actually suggesting questions I should ask my supplier while they were here. After confirming a leak in the house (my gas supplier is not responsible for fixing) Phil came out on a Saturday and fixed two small leaks. But he did not just fix the leaks and leave. He actually explained in detail what he found and how we was fixing the problems. Even installed a shut off value at the stove where there should have been one to begin with. At the end, showed me the pressure tests and how it is read. Very informative. He primarily works with Natural Gas but is obviously great with propane too. Highly recommend.

Phil came out in the evening and was very accommodating. He explained every step of the process he thought would be best to remedy my problem. He jumped right in and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job was complete. Very polite and thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a gas line repair!

Columbia Gas let me know I had a small leak in my gas lines and shut off my gas. I called water works and roto rooter who charge service call fees and require me to pay two employees to work in the crawl space. Roto Rooter quoted $500 an hour ($250 for each employee). I found Phil on home advisor and gave him a call. He did not charge service charge fee and came out and took care of the problems for a more than fair price. Phil took care of the problem the same day I called and had my gas back on same day. The heat feels even better knowing I didn t get ripped off. Thanks Phil!
