Best customer service and communication I have ever had with a business. Phil was able to provide a comparable estimate over the phone while 2 other companies had to come out to see the job. The reason I choose Columbus gas pro over 2 other companies is Phil explained the testing procedure he would do to ensure long term pipe integrity. The other 2 companies said they would just "soap" the joints out. The install went perfectly and Phil kept me involved during the install. I doubt I will ever need another gas line installed but I am very happy to have done business with Columbus Gas Pro!!!

Phil makes you feel comfortable and he explains what he is seeing as he goes through his diagnosis. He explained what troubles he is facing and he is transparent with everything he is experiencing, which is good when it comes to your home gas safety.
