Chuck's Septic Tank Service

The two employees who came out did indeed do the inspection and tell us what was wrong. However, the demeanor and attitude of the lead employee left a lot to be desired. We were very specific when we scheduled the appointment ( and the previous one that they had missed) that we would be driving from another location to meet them and that we needed a bare minimum of an hour to get there. We were promised a call at least an hour before the workers would meet us. When Dad and I arrived a few minutes before the appointed time, no one was there. The truck pulled up about 15 minutes later and we were told that they had been there 45 minutes earlier and were doing us a favor by coming back since we weren't there the first time they came. They fellow doing the speaking for the pair didn't seem to care that the work order specified a MINIMUM of an hour's notice and that he had provided less than half an hour. Throughout the time the team was there, the lead workman ignored or spoke down to both me (a woman, what did I know about anything) and to my father (an old guy with a cane, what did he know about the home he'd lived in for over 40 years). He also ordered his co-worker, a younger man with hearing aides in both ears who communicated in a combination of sign and speech, about in a way that I felt was demeaning and inappropriate. Maybe I had a chip on my shoulder that day, having rushed madly to get to the house for the appointment, but neither dad nor I felt good about the visit.

They were there first thing Monday morning. Got to work right away and were done within 2 hours.

Called to have Septic tank pumped. Employee pumped the tank, but pointed out some possible issues with our system. (The tank had be draining slow). It was thought that there might be a clog in the system going to the leach field. He said we should monitor the tank to see if the problem persists. They recommended another third party to investigate our issues if they continued. Long story short, the septic tanked filled up again. We called the third party contractor recommended. After investigating, it was determined we had a broken pipe to the leach field. Chucks was called again and came on 4 hours notice to re-pump the tank so that repairs could be completed. They gave me a discount on the second pumping since they were at my house only a week before. The contractor fixed the exit line, installed a new baffle, and jetted out our leach field. Chucks Septic service did their job very proffessionally and also recommended another contractor that was first rate. I would highly recommend Chucks Septic Service

All went well, though his hose got clogged several times. No mess left and all tank lids were replaced as before.

Chuck's Septic is top notch. From the initial phone call to schedule an appointment they arrived on time and I even received a phone call to let me know they would arrive in approximately 10 minutes. Once they arrived the two men were very professional and worked diligently. The septic tank was throughly cleaned at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them.

Technician from Chuck's emptied septic tank and unclogged a clog in the pipe going out to the septic tank. He was prompt, efficient, and professional. He did a wonderful job. I will definitely use their service again.

We were told by another company that our main sewer line had collapsed and needed to be replaced (a $6000 expense). So we called Chucks for a second opinion. The receptionist was very professional and scheduled the appointment for the next day. The service men (Kenny and Cecil) arrived exactly on time. They scoped the drain and noticed lots of tree roots, so they cleared them out and scoped again. They were able to get the scope all the way to the city sewer line, and didn't see any spots in the drain that needed to be replaced. They recommended a solution to dealing with the recurrance of the roots, and said that with a little annual prevention, we shouldn't have any more trouble. Both gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptionally positive. And ultimately, they saved us nearly $6000!

The office staff person was very friendly and helpful in setting up service. She called on the service date to make sure the time was okay and the truck arrived promptly. Gerry, the service professional was amazing!! While the tank was being pumped, he showed me how my septic system is set up and how it functions. He also gave me tips on keeping in functioning properly, troubleshooting, etc. He was so friendly and helpful! A friend recommended Chuck's and I will certainly continue to use their services.

They told me up front they don't work on aerators and gave me the name of a company that did. They had a truck at my house within 3 hours of calling them. The job wasn't easy sucking 1500 gallons uphill but Brian stayed by the septic tank and made sure it was completely pumped out. It was a much better experience than the previous company I used.

This Company did a GREAT job ! The were able to come the same day! He was here about 3 hous and had a hard time but never gave up. He even clean up after. Wonderful company!

Called a few weeks ago to schedule a camera view of sewer line to see if line was going to need to be replaced. Line still had water in it, when they came, so they were going to have to clean it out as well. They called me a half an hour before their arrival to let me know they were on there way. They arrived with in minutes of the time they said they would be there and got to work right away. Nathan was very good and professional in his work. Cleaned it out and sent the camera down, to find that there was a major root issue at nearly the end of line. Worked to clear that out, it took a while, because apparently previous clean outs had missed that this was there. (best guess is that they might have thought they were already in the main, and would have missed it without the use of a camera) It took quite a while to work through that last bit. The camera showed it clear all the way to the main, and they gave me a dvd of the video. Nathan gave me recommendations for what to do in the future and I will be contacting Chucks for an estimate on other plumbing work, based on his recommendations.

Perfect and complete. Tech took extra time to answer all my questions.

We are new home owners with a septic tank. I called and described to them the lid and they knew exactly what type of system we had. I scheduled an appointment and asked for a call one hour before they showed up, they called and showed up exactly one hour later. This gave me plenty of time to get things wrapped up at work and meet them at the house and I didn't have to wait on them. The gentleman that did the service was very helpful with all the questions I had for being new to septic systems. I highly recommend Chuck's to anyone looking for septic tank service.

Brian checked everything out before beginning to work and explained what he was going to do to service the aerator. He worked diligently, dismantling the working parts and cleaning them as well as the tank. He then explained how I could keep the aerator working properly. I use Chuck's septic regularly. Brian gave me one of the best experiences I have had.

Our tank is about 1500 and had not been cleaned in about 7 years we lived in our home - it was new at that point. Chuck's was able to schedule us within a week from when I called. They said I would receive call within about 1/2 hour of arrival - and they did just that. After the worker finished he provided additional tips to help us in keeping the tank up going forward.
