The technicians came out and pumped out the tank. They were prompt and very nice. I would use this company again.

I called and they responded right away but when they got here it was bigger then they expected so they said that their boss would be back to give us an estimate on the job. Steve came out a day later and we told them to go ahead they had to order the riser and they came out 2 days later and replaced it. They did a great job and we are very happy with them.

I had called my regular plumber to deal with a backed up sewer drain in the basement floor. They don't handle sewers and referred me to Chuck's. When I called Chuck's, Amy answered promptly, took down all my info, and promised that someone would be out to help within an hour. Less than 20 minutes later they called to say the crew was on their way, and within 5 minutes they were in my basement, checking out the problem. They tried a couple things to find the cause of the backup, including checking the AC system outside (the ultimate culprit). They brought in a power "snake" and cleared out the drain quickly, and didn't mind that my kids wanted to watch their every move. The two guys (Nik and...I don't remember his name) were personable and professional, chatting with me while not wasting any time getting their work done. Overall I was impressed with their punctuality, speed, and courtesy. I would have them back if I ever have this problem again and I recommend them to anyone needing help with their sewer drain.

A well known brand name company had inspected the same line the day before and declared it was collapsed. The estimate to dig up and replace the sewer line was over $6000. Chuck's guys came out as soon as possible, ran the same line, cleared the roots, and found the line was intact all the way to the sewer. The other well known brand name company had taken the wrong turn in the sewer line and ran their camera the wrong was up a "Y" joint into a second drain line that joined at the "Y", and concluded incorrectly that their camera was stuck because of a collapsed sewer line. Chuck's folks saved me over $6000 by correctly diagnosing the problem, which was solved in under a half hour. In the past, I have also had Chuck successfully do other difficult plumbing work that other plumbers were unable to do and said couldn't be done due to tight quarters.

Pretty smooth transaction from initial scheduling to completion. Answered many questions regarding the septic system as this is the first house I have had with such a system. Very informative and patient, and helpful with other sources of information as well. The driver(? Operator ) was on time, friendly, and happy with his job. Will definitely use them again in a few years when needed

Pumping out of septic tank went well. Company was professional and courteous. Company did not clean aerator motor and spindle as they had done in the past.

Agent was on time and I tried to show him where the septic tank was in the front yard. I could not find it but the agent had a robot that he sent into the discharge pipe. The robot found the tank which the agent marked for the pumper truck agent to come and pump out the tank. The pumping was performed a short time after the robot was removed from the pipe. All was completed with no fuss and I am pleased with the services. We will use them again as necessary.

The appt made by phone was a friendly interaction and the receptionist was very efficient. The gentleman who emptied our septic tank called before arriving on our appt date like I asked (so I could put my dog up). He was very friendly and professional. In order to access our tank with less piping and without having to go around obstacles (trees/house), he parked on a side street and hopped over the guard rail to do his job. He took time to educate my husband about the aerator's function and how to unclog it. We were impressed by the seamless ease of the whole transaction especially because we have had a rash of very bad service at some places lately. I thought it went well. The guys came and they were pleasant and professional. They didn't leave until the problem was fixed and even showed me what was wrong. They also cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn't mind using them again.

I called on 11/20/14 around 745AM and spoke with Julie. I told her our septic was smelling in the house and I needed to get it pumped out before company arrived for Thanksgiving. She told me that they were completely booked for the 20th and that the 21st was booked as well. But she offered to take my name and number and said she'd call on the 21st if they got a truck freed up. She called me back about 230PM on the 21st and said she had a truck that could come out within an 1hr if it fit my schedule. I told her to please send the truck! The truck arrived about 320PM, right within the time frame quoted. Tom was the driver and he looked in the tank and explained to me what the situation was; it wasn't as dire as I thought, but it was in definite need of pumping. He took the time to answer all questions (I've never had a septic tank until now), explained what he was doing, how the septic worked and what to look for in the future to know when I needed to call to get it pumped. Within 1hr, probably more like 45 minutes, the tank was pumped and he was on his way. Awesome service and I will definitely use Chuck's again in 2.5-3yrs when I need it pumped again.

They were awesome. They did a fabulous job, the guy was very timely, professional and everything was great about them. They did everything to make sure that the septic tank wasn't pouring water back into the house.

I was put on the schedule for pump out, and was told it would likely be in the morning. At 11 am that day, and no word yet on approximate arrival time, I called to get a guess or even a 2 hour window. I was told I would only get a 20-30 minute notice once the driver was on his way. Of course I got busy with kids lunch and nap times, and I missed 2 phone calls from Chuck's during a 15 minute span. When I called back, they had re-routed the driver and needed to reschedule me. I decided to use someone else, with a better method of scheduling services. Chuck's should realize their customers time is valuable, and it's unreasonable to make them sit an entire day and wait. It's courtesy to give more than a 20 minute arrival notice. Really, you can do better! People should know this about them before scheduling service with Chuck's.

This is my first septic system. They called ahead and showed up on time. Jessy showed up and was very knowledgeable about the system. Went over how everything works, and what to do and don't.

Good overall for a pretty straight forward service and I am not sure how you make or rank this task excellent. The only hiccup was a mixup in the time of my appointment as I requested a first thing in the morning timeframe and what was written down on their schedule was before noon? Once I called the office, Julie routed someone my way but it was still 11 am or so when the truck arrived. Tom the driver has been doing working in this field for years, was very nice and personable. He did the job quickly and I was on my way.

All went well. Very professional and responsive. I would use again.

Chuck's Septic Tank Services was recommended to us by Eco Plumbers (who were excellent) because one of our storm drains runs over 100 feet to a road and Eco Plumbers told us we needed to jet clean it rather than snake it. We called Chuck's Septic and scheduled for them to come out and jet clean it. They didn't mention a price and we didn?t ask since they were recommended and we assumed they would be fair. On the day they were scheduled to come out, my wife spoke to their office, and they told us that they would probably get to us in the early afternoon. We later got a call at 4:30pm saying that they were on their way. Eventually they arrived at close to 5:30pm. My wife showed them how the drains leave our yard, and then go through a neighbor?s yard, before emptying via a curb into a street behind our house. My wife then had to get our daughter ready for a sports event. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes later they asked my wife to walk around to the curb where they showed her how they had dug up a few feet of the neighbor?s yard, without asking permission, and showed her how the underground pipe was damaged preventing them from using the jet cleaner. They had been at our house for approximately 30 minutes. They told my wife that they should charge for 1.5 hours to cover their travel time, but that they would do us a favor and only charge for an hour which was $265. I don?t expect something for nothing, but from our point of view: - They arrived late - They spent maybe 30 minutes at our house - They dug up part of a neighbor?s yard without asking us or the neighbor - They didn?t clean our storm drain - They didn?t use a camera The charge for this was $265, and they consider that they were doing us a favor by not charging us for the time they got stuck in traffic in rush hour. I called the office to complain and was told that $265 is the minimum call out charge and that they did us a favor on the travel time. I accept that there should be some charge, but in this case, charging $265 for essentially not doing anything seems excessive. If you choose to do business with this company, I suggest that you check carefully ahead of time how much they will charge for driving to and from your house. We have learned the hard way.

Chucks scheduler was very responsive, set an appointment. I was given the technicians name and cell was told I would get a call on the day of the service and they would give me an ETA for the truck to arrive. On the scheduled day, I received a call with an arrival time and the tech was here within 5 minuets of the agreed time. He serviced my system and answered all my questions and was very professional. I will be using Chucks again in the future, for my septic needs.

Everything went great. The appointment was easy to schedule and they were able to come within a week. The receptionist and service provider, Tom, were very polite and professional.

When I called to schedule the service, they were able to schedule it in a very timely manner. Jesse arrived promptly as scheduled. He had everything hooked up and pumping in a short time, even though he had to do some digging to locate the lid. He answered all my questions and cleaned up after himself nicely.

Steve came out, gave a fair quote at a fair price. Unfortunately his schedule is booked out a little past when I hoped to get things done. I'd not hesitate to give them another shot in the future.

The man who came here (Luke) was very professional and pleasant. The staff was very helpful in scheduling the time so it would fit into my work schedule. Overall, an A+ performance
