Description of Work: We were recommended to Chuck's from our septic system service provider. They were on time, Jesse was polite, answered all our questions about this process. Gave us tips on how to keep our system in better shape and other misc tidbits. We had not been in a home prior to know how much this would cost, only our service provider estimated what they thought it would cost and that was near $300, so it was close. Still more that we wanted to pay, but it is what it is. Happy with the service and customer service Jesse gave, for us, that is huge to get someone who is willing to talk to you and share helpful ideas to you. We would use them again.

Description of Work: They snaked an exgerior drain pipe in the yard and determined it was broken. They are coming back to repair it. Also, while they were there an interior pipe ruptured in the house and they assisted in shutting down the water and determing what the issue was. They were awesome!!
