CHUCKS CLEANED OUR SEPTIC TANK IN AUGUST. IN NOVEMBER WE WERE HAVING A TERRIBLE SMELL. I CALLED AND THE SECRETARY SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. HE FINALLY CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND WHEN I TOLD HIM OF MY PROBLEM HE SAID VERY RUDELY THAT "IT WASNT HIS PROBLEM" SINCE I IN NO WAY INDICATED THAT IT WAS, I WAS SURPRISED AND ASKED IF HE COULD COME AND SEE WHAT IT WAS. HE TOLD ME BEFORE HE DID THE WORK THAT IT DIDNT NEED TO BE DONE AND IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. HE WAS VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY AND I KNOW HE WOULDNT SCAM ANYONE.
