Chuck's Septic Tank Service

The other people that did it for us weren?t quite as neat and left a mess. Chuck?s are the best people we have ever worked with. I called them by 8 in the morning, and they were here by 10. They were here within 10 minutes of the time they said they were going to be. They were punctual, very neat, very clean, and very polite. I love them. He cleaned up everything, and everything was spotless when he was done. Their price was cheaper than the last person I had used.

They were punctual, helpful, and professional. The process was relatively painless start to finish, which is ideal for a home services experience. Would highly recommend.

I noticed the problem at night right before going to bed. Rather than put in an emergency service call, I waited until the next morning. I called at 7:30am and they had a tech working just down the street. He came to my house right after finishing that job and I had a working, clear flowing drain by 9am. He was competent, pleasant, and efficient. He made sure to hose the floor down around the drain, cleaning up the gross stuff that had come out the night before. He even waited patiently when I helped a neighbor with a minor emergency of their own. Julie, the receptionist, was very pleasant and professional. I have used them at work before - but not at home - and have always had a good experience.

Service tech was friendly and very knowledgeable about septic systems in general. The charge may have been somewhat more than others, but this is a full service company, capable of dealing with simple to complex issues with septic systems. Would certainly use again!

The folks at Chuck's Septic are professional and pleasant, from the receptionist to the technicians. They have always been very friendly, accommodating and punctual. We also looked into other companies and found Chuck's to be very competitively priced. We would highly recommend them for anyone needing their septic tank drained. They also helped us identify the problem with our tanks so we can get that remedied as well.

I use this company regularly and they do a good job with friendly service people. They appraise the status of the instillation. They have never suggested more service that is necessary. This time there was glitch in the scheduling. They first said they would be able to do it on the day I called but would call before they sent the truck. After waiting for the call, I stepped out and of course when I returned the call had come. When I called back to could not send the truck since it had been sent elsewhere. Since I was partially to blame, I have no complaint. They then promised to service my site in two days and they would call because they do not send a truck unless they are sure someone will be on site. I waited for the call that day and it never came. When I called again (I persisted because I like their work) the set a date, called on time and arrived at the time promised. I wouldn't call this a foul, just a minor irritation.

The service was professional and I have no complaints.

They fixed it quickly and during some bad weather. I was very pleased.

We have used Chuck's in the past and been very pleased. Our last service person was Russell who did an excellent job. When I learned Russell was no longer with the company I was concerned about who the new s.p. might be but I needn't have worried. Brian arrived and did a GREAT job. He arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently, answered all of my questions, and even fished a rake out that had fallen into the tank. I even put my husband on the phone so he could ask his questions. Brian also charged me twenty dollars less then the actual cost because it was what I had been quoted though I repeatedly told him I was willing to pay the full amount. The paperwork on the drop arrived promptly. Everything done perfectly. Would definitely hire again and again and will.

The young man was very professional. He did a inspection of the plumbing, which meant that he had to crawl in the lower kitchen cabinets and pull the drywall access panels to see the problem. He then attempted to snake the drains from both the bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom was successful but the kitchen needed plumbing work done. He even recommended someone to call, which we had used prior and knew them to be a good company, and offered to provide the number for them.

They were very punctual. They were out within a couple days of my call. They gave me a time that they would be at the house, and they were right on time. They did a great job explaining their services to me and completed the task ahead of schedule. I will use them again in the future for any septic needs.

From my first call to the office, to the completion of the job on site, their customer service was outstanding. Julie in the office helped me decide whether it was time to pump my septic system. Jim arrived right on schedule, explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I learned a lot in the process, too, and Jim left everything so clean.

They were very prompt and they were able to come out right away. The guy really knew what he was going did a great job. I would use them again.

Our experience was a good one, driver showed up on time, completed his work in a timely manner and gave advice on how to keep our septic system working properly.

The system had backed up into the house. I called and asked that they come as soon as possible and they had the problem fixed within two hours of my calling. They responded very quickly and performed a professional job as always. I've used Chucks for the past 7 years and wouldn't use anyone else. Others had performed work prior to Chucks but once Chuck started he continues to be top on my list.

AFTER THEY HAD LEFT, I HAD SOME MORE WATER COME OUT OF MY BATH TUB, USUALLY WHEN I DID LAUNDRY. I CALLED THEM OUT AGAIN AND THEY PRETTY MUCH JUST RAN MY FAUCETS, MADE SURE THERE WAS NO BLOCKAGE, AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DID NOT KNOW WHY IT DID THAT IT COULD HAVE BEEN JUST A ONE TIME THING. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE SECOND VISIT. I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM SINCE. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. ONE OF THE GUYS EVEN FIXED MY TOILET BECAUSE HE NOTICED THAT IT HAD A BUILD UP OF CALCIUM AND HE CLEANED OUT THE TOILET AND THE TOILET FLUSHES EVERY TIME.

Wonderful. They quoted price over the phone and scheduled within 48 hours. They are also very professional and friendly. They even educated our inquisitive 7 year who enjoyed watching but not smelling the truck and hose.

I had an unpleasant experience with the company, I used the last time I needed septic service. I decided to try Chuck's and was very pleased. The man who performed the work was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered several questions for me. He was also very neat and tidy in a job that could be messy.

They were efficient, pleasant, their prices were fair and we will use them again.

Waste water was backing up into my sump pump. Their helpful and friendly receptionist got me on the schedule right away and determined I needed to have my sewer line cleaned. The guys arrived with a trailer jet. Nathan took a lot of effort to make sure that the hoses and spray didn't make a mess. He sprayed out both lines and cleaned out the blockage, which was black sludge. (I can't believe what filth was lurking in there). I was pretty grossed out, but he surely kept his composure and was very kind throughout the whole thing, even offered to wipe up some of the stray bits of sludge. Nathan also answered some other questions I had. The whole things was pretty pleasant, all things considered.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Chuck's. The scheduling staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This is the first time I've had to deal with a septic system (we recently moved into the house), and the driver was extremely helpful and explained how the system worked, what to look for, etc. I highly recommend Chuck's to anyone that needs septic service.
