Called and left voice message requesting an estimate. Very promptly returned my call and accommodated my work schedule for an estimate. Ultimately hired them to remove 5 trees; day of job had them take out one more. Very promptly arrived and did a great job. Price was extremely reasonable, would hire again and recommend them to anyone requesting these services. Nice guys, job finished very quickly and cleaned up completely...very pleased!!!

The crew came to do the estimate the same day that I called. They were polite, professional and showed up when they said they would. I asked for 2 estimates, one that included tilling the ground around where the stumps were to be ground, and one without. I decided to go with the lower estimate that did not include the tilling. Although they said it wasn't really necessary, I insisted on alerting the Ohio "Call Before You Dig" service so that they could mark my yard for utility placement, just to be sure that Challenger's wouldn't damage any underground utilities. Once the yard was marked, I called them to schedule the work. They came the first non-raining day after I called to do the work. They arrived about 1/2-hour late, but called me beforehand to let me know they were running behind, which I appreciated. They completed all the work in about 1-1/2 hours, and completely cleaned up the yard to the point that you couldn't tell they were there. I am extremely pleased in all respects with this business!

Brian provided the initial estimate and then Joe confirmed the work before beginning. Everything was completed on-time as quoted and even a few extras. I mentioned a few item that I wasn't totally please with and they were corrected the same day. I would recommend this company.

Job went very well, much quicker than anticipated and they did a good clean up job. Removed all debris. Had a crew of about 4 or 5 people and completed the job in about 2 hours. Their equipment was clean and well maintained. We were very satisfied with the service and their price was considerably less than competitors. We received about 4 bids for the job and one was double their cost. The others were about 50% higher.

On time and professional. Accomplished what they said they would in the estimate. Removed all debris.

They arrived when they said they would. Theyfinished on time including having everythingcleaned up and all equipment put away. They did everything they said they would and did a fantastic job. They were very polite and professional . I could not give anyone a higher recommendation! Thanks Angie!

They came promptly. They answered all our questions. They told us what they were going to do and asked when they were unsure of what we wanted. They worked well as a team. They made sure were happy with the work. They were very competent. Our whole family enjoyed watching them work. We are extremely satisfied!

I had five trees cut down and removed. Overall, I am pleased with what they did. They did what they said they were going to do.

I was really pleased with this company. We spent a lot of money and felt like we really got a good value for it. They did not cut any corners and I was really impressed with how aesthetic the trees looked after they were trimmed. We had a few very large mature trees that were close to the house that needed to be removed due to insect damage (ash trees). They also cleaned up several large trees that were hanging over our house. I believe the entire crew has a passion for what they do. Everyone was very polite and friendly. The owner was extremely knowledgeable on trees and gave me lots of good advice on caring for my other trees. I was very impressed with how hard everyone worked and wanted to make sure that we were happy. I would definitely recommend them.

They were very quick. We thought that their price was fair. We went ahead with them because of their price.

Challengers did an excellent job of responding to our call. We were out of town, and not easy to get ahold of- and they tried 2 or 3 times to schedule an estimate. Finally, I called on a Sunday morning and left them our address- asking them to leave an estimate if we weren't home (because the stumps were pretty obvious). Luckily my husband was home and able to hire them on the spot (on a Sunday!). It was less expensive than doing it ourselves- and a whole lot safer and easier. The stumps were from severely neglected and overgrown hedges that had been hacked off years ago, and were continuing to resprout. They completely cleared the future fence line and we are able to go ahead with plans to dig postholes now. They were fast, polite, and ready to work quickly. The only thing they could improve on would be if they could make their equipment quieter. Ha! And I know that's impossible. Thanks, Challengers- great job.

They did everything they said they would do in a timely and professional manner. They cleaned up the yard and hauled away or grinded up alll the remains. We would definitely call them again if we had a similar need.

We had 10 trees that were overgrown for the space where they were planted, causing them to start dying, one by one. We got an estimate for removing the 3 trees that were already dead, and another estimate for removing all 10 trees. Since the other trees were also starting to die, we decided to have all of them removed, since the higher estimate was so reasonable. They also threw in--at no extra charge--trimming 2 small hedges and cutting back some limbs from another large tree whose branches were blocking our ability to park underneath. They were about 1-1/2 hours late showing up to do the work, but I believe that it was due to the fact that there had been a storm a few days earlier, and they had a lot of last-minute emergency jobs to do in addition to our scheduled one. They were polite, worked very fast, and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards; it now looks as though no trees had ever been there! We would definitely use them again.

We called them late on a Friday night and we got a call from them Saturday morning at 8:30. They said they would come out and give us an estimate and if we liked their estimate they would do the work on the spot. They were fabulous and the price was very fair. They were quick, cleaned up and in and out. We would call them again in a heartbeat.

It went great! They were professional and removed the entire tree - stump and roots and didn't damage the rest of the yard. Definitely will use them again for other trees that need to be cleaned up!

They were excellent; just so cool! They had a great crew of guys working for them. They were doing work on the property across the street, so I went out and talked to them. They gave me an estimate, and I told them to put me on the list. They told me that they could do it that day! They cleaned it up and raked. The price was very reasonable. They were perfect. They took everything away. Their responsiveness was very good. They did it the same day; I couldn't ask for faster service than that! I have recommended them to other people.

They were a crew that came through the neighborhood. They gave me a price, which was a little bit lower than another estimate I had. They were right there so I told them to do it and it wasn't a big deal. The trees were not that big and it only took them 20 minutes and they were done. They did a good job and they were professional. They cleaned up and didn't leave any branches behind. I did try to call them a couple of days ago, but there was no answer. I did wish that one of the stumps had been ground down a little more.

This was the first time we had used their services. It went very well and they did a very good job. They were quick, professional and cleaned up real well.
