+ -1 moreIt was an up hill battle for my family to get our foot in the door of home ownership. Never once did Grace Gorneflo say to me, I think we should just quit. My husband and I are opposite, and she never gave up that someday we would find the perfect house for us. She spent countless hours, gas, and resources of her own to make our dream come true. Even when we had four contracts fall through, she never gave up. She was very thorough with all the paperwork from start to finish. When ever problems would arise (and there were a lot), she would jump right to the problem, and for the most part did her best to put our mind at ease by dinner time. I would recommend anyone who wants a Realtor who truly cares about their special needs to contact Grace Gorneflo. She cares about her clients, and she wants everyone to succeed in home ownership she will be completely honest with you even if it means she will loose a sale. Her ethics and work habits are top notch. She will be the best choice for you!
Description of Work: We we searching for a home, and Grace Gorneflo was our Realtor. She honestly and whole heartily was the best person for the job. I remember our first meeting she fell on the ice and broke her ankle. She did not cancel our meeting and showed us houses we had scheduled. She put in many, many hours and went way above and beyond the call of duty. When we would have a lot of houses scheduled to look at she put together mapping so we wouldn't waste time back tracking. She would give us a market analysis on each home and made sure to only pick out houses we could afford, not ones that would make her more money. She did an excel sheet of our monthly cost, straight down to how many miles the house was from my job, and approx. how much gas it would cost me a month, because she knew we were on a tight budget. It came down to the wire (it's a long story), but she cut her commission to help my family buy our first home. She truly cares about the homeowners, and what their needs are. AWESOME!

Description of Work: Grace Gorenflo went above and beyond her duty as a real estate agent to help me and my husband find a suitable home that would work for us due to the fact that we had only been in Ohio for a few months, plus the fact that I cannot climb stairs. She worked miracles for us and found the ideal home. And I cannot stress the fact that it is a home not just a house for us. We will be forever grateful.
