I was pleased with the company initially. They came out and evaluated the problem, quoted a reasonable price and I was going to look at my schedule and call back to schedule the work. I have schedule 3 different appointments and no one has shown up. The first time, I was told it was raining and they couldn't be on the ladder.......ok, call me and let me know you won't be there and reschedule. The 2nd time, it was communication issues internally. I am not sure of the issue this time, but I am beyond frustrated.
