Bill's PC Repair

Excellent. I dropped off the laptop Thursday afternoon and by the following Tuesday I picked up the computer. The hard drive was bad. Bill confirmed what I had thought and gave me several replacement options. We went with a solid state 250G replacement. It is MUCH faster-loading and everything else on the PC. We also went with a Windows 7 operating system to replace the Windows 8 which of course went when the hard drive died. Upon pick-up Bill spent easily 45mins answering questions about the new HD but many questions I had about PC-related issues and security. Great service.

My laptop was running sluggish. I call Bill's PC Repair. Bill was in his shop so I immediately took it there for repair. As it turns out, my motherboard was faulty. Bill replaced the motherboard, installed a solid state hard drive, transferred all my data from my old hard drive, and generally cleaned up my computer. My laptop is running better then it did when it was brand new. Bill did a great job. For any future computer needs, Bill's PC Repair will be my first call.

Bill had me drop off my computer the same day I called. He estimated $90 and Wednesday for completion. Bill fixed the problems with the laptop and on the day as promised. My laptop works like new now. I made the mistake of using an online "fix" program which did nothing but take my money. I highly recommend Bill's PC repair. He explained all the problems and repairs. He is very knowledgeable and I will use his service again for any computer repairs,

Bill found a virus on my computer that prevented him from installing the printer and was causing other problems. He restored my computer, installed the printer, and provided a lot of helpful information. I would definitely hire him again.

Everything about this company was amazing, he made us feel like valued customers. And all the questions we asked he was very nice in answering. All around nice man. I would recommend them and there price was half of everyone's price.

Went just fine. I can't explain what he did (or else I would have fixed it myself!), but he went back and double-checked his work a few times to ensure all the problems were resolved--thanks for that!

It went great. I called and after a bit of phone tag, I got a hold of him on Saturday. He had me come right over and assessed my old computer. He said it was better to replace it than repair and pulled up Microcenter's website to show me features I might want in a computer. That session was no charge. I bought a new computer but transferring the data from a Vista to an 8.1 was not good. I called and he had me bring over both computers right away. The next day I picked up my new one with the drive from the old one. He uses old computer parts to mentor kids at a local school so I left it with him. All of this for $90! I thought it was great.
