Repairman showed up on time and quickly took care of the problem. It turns out that I had the same issue five years ago and coincidentally had the same repairman. He was very courteous and explained the work performed.

Job went as scheduled. Installation was professional courteous. There was problem with the duct work connection to the cold air return. American Air was very responsive to my call and the problem was fixed in a professional and courteous manner. I will use American Air again.

Carri was able to schedule a plumber the next day from my initial call. I told her my master shower was leaking just like it was 2 years ago when American Air repaired it. Mike (the plumber) arrived on time and was polite and determined to fix the problem. He figured out what he needed, went to Lowe's to get the part, and installed it. So now the shower doesn't leak anymore. Mike also showed me how a stand pipe in my toilet was in the way of the flapper closing all the way. He shaved down my flapper and that solved the problem. The cost of these procedures AFTER the 10% discount on the part (which I didn't see the receipt for) and a $25 credit on the service call, was $407.70!!!!! In fairness to the company, when I called Carri to complain, she called me back and said that they would split the difference on the part with me.....$110......I still think that $150 is a lot of money for a shaved flapper..... I was absolutely livid when Mike left - not at him - but the ---------- without a kiss that I thought I had just endured! I can't afford to use them for my plumbing needs any more. I have used the HVAC services for the past nine years and plan to continue.

The workmen arrived on time!! They introduced themselves, set up their work area and immediately went to work. The sales manager came by to check on the job and offered assistance. They finished promptly, well within in the estimate and they cleaned up after themselves. Nothing was left behind but a new AC unit.

Overall, the experience was outstanding. The service tech gave me a call 30 minutes before the appointment time and arrived exactly on time. He was very thourough during the inspection and did an excellent job explaining a few things to me in regards to regular maintenance. Mike was very professional and had extensive knowledge in regards to properly heating and cooling my home.

They did a good job. I am very happy with my experience with them.

I have a yearly contract. They put in my furnace and air conditioner and they did a good job on both. They resolved any issues I had.

The guy that comes out, Nate is just great. They are easy to work with, courteous, and clean. They wear there booties so they don’t get the floor dirty. The first time I used them for a plumbing issue and the issue has reoccurred but I will be calling them back. I really would recommend them. They are very honest.

We use them annually; they are great. It was a nice, tidy job and they did really good work. They were prompt and the price was good for the cost of the furnace. I have a service agreement with them and will use them again in the future.

They showed up within an hour of my call. I had no air conditioning on one of the hottest days, and they came out and fixed it within 20 minutes. They were so punctual in coming out to fix my Lenox system, even though I'm sure they were very busy. I could tell they were doing their best to make the repair affordable for me. I thought they were amazing and I would highly recommend them.

Very quick turnaround to get quote and installation. Gave a couple options to choose from. Everyone showed up on time. The installers demonstrated the features and made sure all my questions were answered. The price was the draw, the service will keep me as a customer.

Overall, they didn't do very much and then we had cancelled and they showed up anyway. Outside of that it wasn't good.

I use them regularly for air conditioning checkup. I have a service contract with them. They are always on time and seem to get the job done. They call me before coming and are very respectful. They are in and out quickly. They do quality work and seem to clean up after themselves. I have had to call them a couple of times on emergencies, and they have always been very prompt in coming out. Their price is way too much, but their work gives me peace of mind.

He arrived on time and came to the door and introduced himself. He listened to me as I explained some of the unique things peculiar to this job. He then checked the area and began to remove the old water heater. Once the old water heater was removed, he then began working on the piping which needed replaced. Once this was completed he unloaded the new water heater, still in the box, and noted a defect on the back of it. He assured me it would not present a problem with the operation of the unit. He then began the installation of the new unit. This proceeded without difficulty. He worked without stopping until the new unit was installed. He rechecked everything, lit the unit and showed me how to lite it should that become necessary. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this company to everyone. I have used them for years. In addition to the installation of a replacement gas water heater, another technician came and replaced all the sheet metal venting to my furnace. This work was included in the contract price for the water heater replacement.

I have had no problems with them and it has been an excellent experience.

These guys were great. After our long-time HVAC contractor made large errors on our property (they seemed to not be paying attention, taking us for granted), the American Air folks were professional and expert. Beyond the scope of the work (which they did on time, on budget, and cheerfully), they offered ideas for custom ductwork that makes it easier for us to change air filters. And, with our approval on the ideas, they implemented them -- costing them more time -- without charging us extra. Very nice! I strongly recommend these folks. They are first rate.

We rented a house in Hilliard that had an A/C problem. The property management group attempted to service the A/C and made the situation worse and continued to fill the leaking system with freon. We found out that the landlord had a service contract with American Air, and they fixed the problem with professionalism and speed. The receptionist/scheduler at American Air went above and beyond in helping us get the issues resolved and helping us get in touch with the landlord.

Didn't provide good information on the furnace recommended. Suggested that I install additional ductwork -- something way above & beyond what was requested. Took over an hour handwriting estimate, and I couldn't read most of the handwriting.

They installed the new parts and in doing so found that when the house was built the blower apparently was not run during the drywall process and drywall dust had built up on the inside of the motor to the point the fan was beating against the buildup and got throw out of sync and even bent. So glad to have caught this and so happy they agreed to replace this with no cost to us the homeowner. Our house is 4 years old.

Great experience. We are selling our house and the buyer wanted the furnace and A/C serviced and tested. I called for an appointment in the late afternoon on Saturday. They said they could do it Monday at their regular rate of $99, or Sunday at their emergency rate of $198 -- quick service!! I opted for Sunday, as I'm anxious to move ahead with the sale. I asked for a 20 minute call-ahead and they accommodated that. Nate spent about 90 minutes and thoroughly cleaned and tested the furnace and A/C, explaining to me as he went on what he was doing and what he was finding. Nate is a great guy -- polite, knowledgeable, informative.... I highly recommend these folks -- I've used them before and will use them again.

They are courteous and responsive, and they usually contact us when it is due for the yearly maintenance. We don’t have to beg and plead for them to come and do their work.
