AIS replaced my roof in April 2018 when the storms came through Grove City. They returned my call immediately and within days they had met with my insurance company to get the necessary approval for the repairs. The roof turned out great and the cleanup afterwards was wonderful. I would use AIS again and have recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

It was great. They were on time and professional. I recommend them.

The workers show up on time, they clean up their mess. Very good. They are fantastic, highly recommend.

They are probably the most professional group I have had to deal with and I have never had anyone be as proactive as they were with everything. When I first contacted them they came over the same day to give me an estimate. He called me the same evening with the estimate, came over the next afternoon to discuss the details and he was very reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Both jobs went great and they even came back and did about an hours worth of work on the porch job on a small issue.

A.I.S. completed two jobs at the same time. One was a kitchen and bath remodel. The other job was a soffet and fascia job. We are happy with the results of both jobs.

Refused to finish the job and repair shoddy work done with used materials. Also damaged area around work and demands payment up front before job is completed. Workers do not speak English so there is no communicating over problems happening during the work in progress. Would not recommend to anyone at all!!

Everything was great. Parks and everyone that worked on the house were very professional and all the work was great!

Had to call to fix sloppy roof work. Paella window that was installed could not be opened and released for cleaning. Never found out why. Got a letter from city that they never got a final inspection. Called AIS and they said why don’t we call for the inspector to come. He laughed when I said “wasn’t that your job”. Still waiting to see if they called.

Horrific. I strongly suggest to NEVER use this contractor. I had planned to just drop this, but unfortunately noticed they're still listed here. I brought them in front of the City's licensing board, but it would require others to also complain for the city to take action. They did not get permits for work done. They did not wrap the house under the siding even though they told me they would. Unfortunately, I had someone else repair their work so I could keep moving forward, and the City let them pass inspection because they were inspecting someone else's repairs to the AIS work. Lesson learned on my part. Instead of returning a window that was the wrong size, they retrofitted the window with a thin piece of unpainted plywood. They tried to get by with residing only part of the house and leaving old siding on that didn't match. Had it not been for another contractor sending me pictures, they would have left it this way. They installed the same keyed lock on both sides of my duplex, and did a terrible job on a long list of other repairs inside. I had another job done by them which started falling apart while they were working on the 2nd job - A set of external stairs that they did a horrible job on. I did not have someone correct this, and the city made them repair it, though I'm not at all happy with the repairs. The owner and sons essentially tried to take advantage of me because I lived out of town. They charged me for a repair of a chimney that was never done. To add insult to injury, they made comments such as, "don't worry your pretty little head." They cost me over $10,000 to replace the damage they caused, and additional holding costs for months because of essentially putting my job on the back burner. It's a shame that they're still operating. Parks Davis will undoubtedly be defensive as he was with every call I attempted to make to resolve the problems. They didn't return a penny, and it's very unfortunate that they're still operating. Definitely don't use this company if you live out of town! *update 06/05/2018 * Park's statements that I owe them $10,000 and am a "slum lord" are simply outright lies. They owe me almost $30,000 for work I had to have done by a new contractor to fix their poor work. My mistake was that I had the new contractor perform the work before the City became involved. So the City signed off on work that was NOT done by AIS, rather the new contractor. I take great pride and care in my properties, and have outstanding relationships with my contractors. I pay them immediately for work performed and understand when change orders are needed due to circumstances beyond their control. AIS is without exception, the worse company I have ever worked with in terms of lack of integrity, lies, and horrific quality of work. Had it not been for my mistake in getting their poor work repaired, then having the City inspect, I can't imagine they'd still have a license. I have never registered a complaint, but these people should not be in business.

AIS was great to work with and I look forward for them working on my future home improvement and remodeling needs.

The job went great,from installing the doors to picking out the granite and backsplash and installing it. They were always on time and cleaned up everyday before they left. I would use them agin for any remodeling job way have.

AIS did an excellent job finishing our basement. This included building walls, installing can lights and electrical outlets, electrical for home theater and bathroom, build full bathroom , theater room and recreation room.

Parks Davis was very considerate of our needs and helpful from start to finish! I can tell that anybody at A.I.S. has a strong grasp for the customer’s wants and needs and will complete the job in a punctual manner.

almost never did what they said they would do did not pull permits until they got busted by the city gave contractors they hired our home # to settle issues electrician they hired rarely showed up ,so my dad had to do some of it missed several deadlines , causing more out of pocket expenses and today a sorter they install under a cabinet, just fell off the wall all and all, you would of thought by the quality of work , and the daily problems, that this was their first job. this job was out of their league in my opinion.

Everything went wonderfully; I would highly recommend AIS Renovations to my friends & family. They also did a roofing job for me last fall; they removed the old roof on my other property and installed a new roof as a replacement; they also fixed a water leakage on the living room wall, & they re fixed the side drywall.

The company representative was excellent… he was responsive, and accommodating.... we enjoyed working with him…Both groups that did the work, roofing and siding, or professional and punctual… Work was done to our satisfaction and the areas cleaned up afterwards
