The company sent a crew that did nothing but make a mess and did not show up on many of days, the project manager unfortunately did not watch over the crew and the crew would undo and reuse the same boards to try and make them fit after cutting over and over! our project was estimated to be complete in 3 months and took almost 7 ( things happened that we were very understanding about ) We paid our final payment and was told from the beginning how they promise nothing but the best and will make sure their customers are satisfied. We are now hiring someone to fix the boards that are coming up and separating before we can paint and finish the project. This company makes promises that they do not keep and then try to turn it around on you. Very very disappointed and could go on but at the end of the day I would not recommend this company to anyone!! Poor work and communication

Our completed Kitchen Remodel is outstanding! We went from having a very limited space and not nearly enough cabinets to a huge space with more cabinets than we have stuff for! They were professional and very personable and we would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking at remodeling a their kitchen or bathroom or any room for that matter!

We asked AIS to look at renovations to our old home. The company is very professional, personable and family run. Parks Sr. and Jr. spent the time to come and evaluate our project and answer all questions. They were very responsive and followed up several times to ensure we had all the information we needed. I knew by reading lots of reviews on Angies list and AIS clearly stood out. AIS was a good choice and based on my experience I would recommend them to anyone.

They were awesome! I was expecting run of the mill and got exceptional. I have been building projects for 40 years and have worked with countless crews, some were good but most were lacking in workmanship, professionalism, and/or respect. Parks and his team worked closely with me, giving me support with my doubts, respecting my decisions, and finishing up within my deadline. All the guys were friendly and were able to answer my questions right away or got back with me quickly. Parks always had time for me, no matter what I needed, and I would definitely recommend him and his crews to anyone. They never left my worksite messy, and they showed up on time and stayed late to finish. The roofers were Spanish speaking which was difficult at times concerning communication, but everything worked out better than I expected. Good people, great job!!!

Parks Davis, Sr. was very nice and professional. He answered all our questions at the original visit and subsequently on the phone. We didn't hire his company as the proposed structure was more elaborate and expensive than we had anticipated.

AIS provided me with information I needed on materials and the installation process. They gave me suggestions on available options to help me decide on a design for my home. They did not try to push or sell me on products. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with. They kept me updated at all times and if I had a question, they responded quickly. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Great!! AIS did exactly what they said they would do. Their contractors were knowledgeable and professional. The design is perfect for my home. It doesn’t look like an add on. It looks like it was part of the house when built. We are getting lots of use out of it. Our friends and family love it!! Great customer!! Would highly recommend!!

I had my bathroom remodeled by AIS. It took longer than I expected, but the end result made it worth it. They listened to all of my concerns and made sure they delivered exactly what I wanted...even down to the smallest detail. I am pleased with the end result.. my bathroom looks amazing. I’m even considering having them remodel my kitchen! Call Dennis King at AIS and he will make sure you are taken care of!

We were very pleased with AIS. This is the second time we have utilized this company for exterior remodeling. At our initial consultation, we walked through the requested remodeling and Doug emailed us a quote and contract. An additional walk through was done 24 hours prior to starting our work. Once the work was completed, we had a final walk through to ensure our satisfaction. The work performed was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. The AIS team made suggestions that actually improved upon my original request. We are thrilled with the workmanship and end result!

We had storm damage to our metal roof. AIS sent someone as soon as I called to give us a 'temporary fix' to get us thru safely. They handled the interaction with our insurance company. The roof repair was done quickly, very professionally and looks great. The crew they want

The project wentry very well from beginning to end. Our team consisted of Dennis, Aubrey, Jason, Caleb, and Shawn and all of them were great to work with. The project began almost a month sooner than originally anticipated. The workmanship and quality were first rate. The project was completed on budget. I would highly recommend AIS Renovations LTD.

Wonderful experience with AIS Renovations! We got a new roof and a new garage door installed. AIS was highly recommended by our friends and after our experience I will recommend this company to anyone who needs any work done to their house. The roof was installed in under a day. They cleaned up after themselves and did such good clean work we had them do our garage door as well. We just moved into this house and are already doing a full scale kitchen remodel with them! We will probably end up doing a couple bathrooms as well. Overall this is a customer centric down to earth family company with motivated employees.

They did a very good job I am extremely satisfied with my basement it look absolutely AMAZING I love it so much I highly recommend this company for any kind of work they put the time and effort in and it shows!!! Worth every penny!
