"The owner was satisfied at completion and paid the final balance due to the contract terms. We are always happy to discuss any concerns and address them as needed. The owner has not requested any warranty inspections or a request for an onsite meeting to discuss any concerns. If the client wishes to reach out we will be happy to assist with any warranty work. Permits are always purchased for required jobs."
"This customer has not called the office since we worked on her home in late spring. All incoming calls are sent directly to the office and go onto a call counter with the time and dates of calls as well as phone numbers and client information. This is not a justified complaint, we have gone to this home several times, we also went this spring and worked on this situation. We have told the client several times what the problem is, and it is work from another contractor or person. The last time we worked on the home, the husband said we needed to go up higher under the shingles which someone other than us had installed. The client has a window right above this area that is rotted as well as part of the wall, we told them 2 years ago this needed replaced, but the client did not want to spend the money at the time. Until this is corrected there will be a problem."
"The salesperson was explaining everything, plus he had prepared a complete estimate based on what she told him she wished for. She states a stone look for the floor, he showed her what we had in office, had she been more clear we could have had it there. He did call her on the phone because she was still in the lot to confirm she was coming back the following day. I don't know she took a fence yo that, it was only to confirm to allow us to get the sample she had requested"
"We were very excited to work with you as well. Unfortunately, this is our fault as we had a family emergency as one of our founders of the company was in her last weeks of life and as you may know, we are a family-owned and operated company. We had not heard anything further from this client after our situation so we assumed you had the work done elsewhere. We apologize for the inconvenience."
"We have found that this client is very hard to work with, the client's plans have been with the architect being worked on and we have been told are not complete. This client is working directly with the architect, thus the company is awaiting the plans for the final estimate. This is not how the process of our business works, the client had been informed on our process and choose to do things their own way. For this reason, we had told this client we would not like to do work for them. The architect had also been contacted as well to advise him that we are no longer involved in this project."
"Thank you for your patience in contacting us. We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. It seems the job did not fit our criteria of work in the aspect of size. We are apologetic that you did not receive a call back to inform you."
"This customer wasn't 100% sure with what they wanted, so we offered suggestions and installed the suggestion. They weren't happy with the work done, so we offered to take everything out and replace it as they wanted. We even threw away all the trim and bought and installed new at no cost to the client. We tried very hard to please them. We are sorry you are not pleased with your outcome."
