Description of Work: I had lost the keys to an external storage building and needed entry to get my lawn mower to cut my lawn. The representative responded to my phone call within about 20 minutes and arrived at the agreed to time. In addition to gaining entry to the building, he was able to make a couple of new keys.

Description of Work: Cold winter day and Dan arrived as promised in an hour. My locks were frozen shut on my garage door. He arrived and applied WD-40 and I was able to get to my car and run my errands. In fact I had a test that evening and was panicked beyond belief that I wouldn't make it. All went fine. Dan came back for second problem with my side door. He would have come on the weekend if I needed it. He came later in the week and fixed my lock and fixed a lock on my front door as well. Great person. Truly affordable!
