Jerry was great. He was very prompt and most of all very honest. Had we had squirrel's his removal price was extremely fair. I have used other animal removal agencies in the past and the cost has been out of sight. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent experience. Certainly hope not to need them again, but I would never call anyone but these folks. They were at my house setting traps within 90 minutes of my call, on a Sunday!. The raccoon was apprehended the next day. They were good enough to inspect the house to address my concern that the raccoon was gaining access to the inside of the house. They have a common sense pricing plan, that makes them considerably cheaper than Critter Control. Very friendly folks, I highly recommend them as your first choice in animal removal.

Jerry left the traps for 5 days, and during that time, the groundhog never returned to finish the hole, but the traps did catch 1 raccoon one day and 2 the next. Jerry removed them even though we weren't currently having problems with them as we had in the past. After the fifth day with no results or signs of the groundhog, the traps were removed as discussed, and Jerry even filled in the hole, which was totally unexpected but appreciated. I will definitely use Jerry's service again and would recommend his professional services to any one.

Jerry did an excellent job. He began the day I contacted his company. He set out about 9 traps and over several days used a number of food lures. I called each morning early, to indicate results, and Jerry picked up the animals before lunchtime each day. There is an initial cost and a cost for each animal removed. There was an Angie's list discount that was most appreciated. He handled a difficult task for me very well. I will be using this company in the future when the wildlife population becomes too prolific and too invasive again.

Mr. Barker was extremely punctual, thirty minutes after notification call, and had, by far, the most reasonable pricing of the several firms contacted. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable, providing much valuable information on control and trapping other nuisance animals. I will use his service again!

We felt like raccoons were taking over our house! Jerry placed traps in our attic and outside and removed three huge raccoons promptly from our premises (one of which was pregnant). We haven't had issues since and are grateful they are gone.

Jerry came to my house within about 3 hours. He told me that by law trapped skunks or raccoons have to be destroyed due to them carrying rabies and distemper. Without the skunk even waking up he gave it an injection that killed it. He was then able to take the skunk out of the cage, bagged it up and took it away. I was surprised at the cost of $75 since he didn't have to spend time trapping and catching the animal, however, I was grateful for someone taking care of my mistake. I used the $5 Angie's List coupon I found on the Angie's List website which helped.

Jerry was very prompt and delivered traps within just a few hours of my call. I checked the traps the next morning and found that they were successful. I contacted Jerry before 9 a.m. that morning and he came and removed the animals and traps.

Jerry was very prompt and courteous. Would call him again if we were to need animal removal.

Jerry was very polite & thorough. He seemed to really care about the animals & wanted to make sure they were being treated well. Often times, I would call him by 9am with a report of no animals in the trap only to find in the early afternoon that there were animals trapped. When I called Jerry in the afternoons he always made it out to my house to get the animals same-day even though it was my second call that day. At the end of the process he did not charge me for one of the animal removals (since I had about 6 or 7.) His pricing was about $80 for the initial service call & about $40 for each animal removed.

They were able to have someone out 2 hours after I called. It took two weeks to trap the Racine, but we finally got him. They came out and removed the trap and raccoon that morning. In order to avoid the $49 trap check fee you must call in every day by 9am to report an empty trap or a catch (otherwise price would be an A). Great to work with, would call again.

JOB 1: JERRY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED, WITH A CONCERN ABOUT GROUND HOGS BURROWING AROUND MY HOME. I SUSPECTED RACCOONS AND HE POINTED OUT TO ME WHERE, HE THOUGHT RACCOONS WERE CLIMBING INTO MY FRONT PORCH ROOF TO LIVE AND WHERE THEY WOULD BE ENTERING. HE ALSO SHOWED ME WHERE CRITTERS WERE GETTING UP UNDER MY DECKS AND SUGGESTED SEALING THAT AREA. AS IT TURNS OUT, IT WAS THE RACCOONS TEARING UP THE AREA NOT WINDS FROM THE STORMS, AS I HAD THOUGHT. HE'S VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND I FEEL QUITE CONFIDENT THAT HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. I TOOK HIS ADVICE, AND AFTER TRAPPING, SEALED THOSE AREAS. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL ON HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. HIS PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE, IN COMPARISON WITH OTHER COMPANIES, FROM MY RESEARCH. JOB 2: I WILL CONTINUE TO USE JERRY. HE ALWAYS GETS BACK TO YOU QUICKLY. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I'VE CALLED HIM TO MY HOME FOR REMOVAL OF GROUND HOGS & RACCOONS.

JERRY STARTED BY CHECKING THE ROOF TO BE SURE THAT THE RACCOONS HAD NOT BEEN UP THERE RECENTLY. THEN HE SET THE TRAPS AT GROUND LEVEL. HE WAS VERY GOOD TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE COSTS WERE TO SET THE TRAP, AND THEN TO DISPOSE OF THE ANIMALS. WHEN I DECIDED THAT HE HAD PROBABLY TRAPPED THE CULPRITS, I GAVE HIM A CHECK, BUT FORGOT TO ASK FOR MY ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT. I CALLED HIM THE NEXT DAY, AND HE CAME BY LATER IN THE WEEK TO DROP OFF THE $5.00 DISCOUNT. HE COULD HAVE EASILY SAID THAT I SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED IT UP FRONT, BUT DID NOT, AND MADE A SPECIAL TRIP BACK TO GIVE ME THE MONEY. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED HIS SERVICE, AND WILL USE HIM AGAIN, IN THE FUTURE, IF THE RACCOONS CONTINUE BEING A PROBLEM.

WE HAD A FAMILY OF RACCOONS LIVING NEARBY THAT WOULD USE OUR GARDEN FOR THEIR DROPPINGS. JERRY SET TWO TRAPS IN TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS IN OUR YARD. WE WOULD CALL IN THE MORNING IF AN ANIMAL WAS IN A TRAP, AND HE WOULD PICK UP THE ANIMALS PROMPTLY. HE WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT RACCOONS. TROUBLE-FREE.

THEY ARRIVED QUICKLY, WHICH WAS REALLY APPRECIATED. THEY DIDN'T LOCATE THE CAT ON THE FIRST VISIT, BUT RETURNED RIGHT AWAY WHEN I HEARD HER. THEY DID EXCELLENT JOB, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. VERY PLEASED.

JERRY AND DOUG ARE THE REAL DEAL. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WE CALLED LATE AFTERNOON AND THEY WERE HERE AT 10AM THE NEXT MORNING. JERRY CRAWLED THROUGH AND EXAMINED THE CRAWLSPACE AND MADE SURE THAT NO ANIMAL HAD ENTERED. MEANWHILE HIS ASSOCIATE SURVEYED THE BACKYARD ASSESSING THE SITUATION. LIVE CATCH TRAPS WERE STRATEGICALLY PLACED AND SET. WITHIN A VERY FEW HOURS, OUR GROUNDHOG WAS TRAPPED AND LATER REMOVED. JERRY GAVE ME GREAT ADVICE TO PREVENT FURTHER INCIDENTS WITH GROUNDHOGS AND SUCH. JERRY ANSWERS HIS PHONE ON ROOFS AND IN CRAWLSPACES AND WILL ASK YOU TO CALL BACK IF HE CAN'T TALK. I NEVER GOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE OR ANSWERING SERVICE, I GOT THE OWNER-OPERATOR EVERY TIME I CALLED. THAT'S A GOOD THING. PRICING IS CLEAR AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. WE RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT HESITATION.

I CALLED ALMOST THE ENTIRE LISTING OF ANIMAL REMOVAL SERVICES, SINCE IT WAS EARLY IN THE MORNING. JERRY RETURNED MY CALL FIRST. ONE OF THE SERVICES SAID THEY COULD NOT COME OUT FOR 4 DAYS, SO THAT TOOK THEM OFF MY LIST IMMEDIATELY. JERRY CAME OUT WITHIN 2 HOURS OF MY PHONE CALL. HE DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING, BUT HE DID NOTE THAT THERE ARE PLACES WHERE SMALLER ANIMALS MIGHT POSSIBLY GET IN. HE CHECKED THE GARAGE, HOUSE AND ATTICS. HE SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR LOOKING EVERYTHING OVER.

PROMPT IN RESPONDING AND DID EVERYTHING NECESSARY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN IF ANOTHER PROBLEM AROSE.
