Jerry came as promised; removed the bat and charged us the going price. I have used him on other ocassions and will use him again. Jerry is very nice and knowledgeable.

I was hearing noises in a bedroom and thought we might have an animal in the attic. Jerry came out and inspected the outside first. He found a small hole and covered it up. A couple weeks passed and I was still hearing the noises so I called him to come out again. This time he went up into the attic, but didn't find anything animal related that was causing the noise. He was very thorough and did not charge me for the second visit. Jerry was always very polite, on time, and explained things thoroughly. I highly recommend him!

They came out on the same day of our call and placed two traps. By the time I got home from work that day, they had caught TWO groundhogs! We didn't even know we had two -- we just though there was one. They came out to remove the animals the next morning, and we asked them to replace the traps just in case there were more that we didn't know about. When a day and half went by without any more trappings, we knew we were clear. They were very efficient and friendly, and didn't charge us for replacing the traps the second time. I also really love that rather than coming out to check the traps every day and charging a fee for it, the property owner calls in by 9:00 a.m. to report whether there's a catch or not. They also told us how to properly bury cage wire to keep animals from coming back, and what type of wiring to buy to prevent rusting. Great experience, would definitely use Affordable Animal Control again.

We had been hearing noises, but he couldn't find an opening. He didn't charge me a fee. He was very polite about everything. He was honest. He would not take any money, which is very unusual. They came out to catch a racoon that had gotten inside my roof. They did a great job, and I will use him again. He is a great guy, he has set prices, and he is punctual.

Out of all of the companies that I called, he is the only one that will come out to pick up a deer. He arrived less that 2 hours after I called him. He was willing to tramp out into the wooded yard and understanding when all we found was a broken arrow and a lot of blood, but no deer.

They do not charge you coming out and checking the traps on a daily basis. Your check your own traps and call in the results in the morning. I had this company set traps for skunks, and squirrels. He is always there by the phone waiting for you to call. He is very knowledgeable about setting traps, and will set as many as needed. I have used them since and they are always great. I would highly recommend them to anyone with animal issues.

We were happy with the service. We did have to have them come out again after more animals were sighted a couple weeks after the initial removal (hence the high cost) but this was no fault of the company. The representative was very helpful in answering questions on how to prevent the groundhogs from coming back, which I thought was nice.

They did a good job, they charged a lot but they did work with me. They came on time and got the job done in a timely manner and all in all I was pleased.

I had the traps for about 1 1/2 weeks. We ended up catching a couple of raccoons that may have been using the deck for shelter but never did get the skunk. Jerry suggested things we could do to see if the animals were using the deck again. The skunk may have been a transient skunk - unfortunately we are near a creek so we get animals a lot. Jerry was very good to work with - reasonable pricing, reliable, and helpful.

Jerry did a great job diagnosing and providing remedy for the problem. He saved us a great deal of money because he allows the homeowner to check the traps daily without having to pay for daily inspections that he could do. We were impressed with how much Jerry knew about animal behavior to describe what had happened. We also liked his humane actions in releasing the squirrel rather than killing it. He assured us that the squirrel would be released far enough away as not to return to the scene of the crime!

I was required to call company each day to identify a 'catch or no catch' by a designated time. Failure to do this could have resulted in being charged for a 'no catch'. On the fourth day, a baby rat was humanely trapped. Freshly baited traps were set up for another four days. When no other activity occurred, it was determined the problem was solved. It was.

Jerry was great! He also found that the roof did not extend all the way to the gutters. This gap was wide enough to stick your whole hand into the garage attic, which would allow a Squirrel to lift up a shingle and take up residence in my garage overhang again. This gap ran all along my garage and over my front porch. I have hired a roofing company to fix my gap problem and install flashing.

The only drawback to the operation was my fear that either my cat or my dog would walk into a trap. It was necessary to go out with them and watch them. He can solve your problem of animal pests.

I awoke at 3:00 a.m. to find a bat flying around in my house. I called and Jerry arrived within an hour. It took less than five minutes for him to locate and trap the bat. The next morning I discovered a second bat in the house. Jerry came back out and searched for an hour but the bat had hidden itself very well. Although I was able to capture the second bat and remove it from the house, I would not have hesitated to call Jerry to come back to capture the second bat. He was very professional and thorough in his search...bats are very sneaky! He spent some time explaining the nature of bats and gave me the names of a couple of companies to call who can perform an inspection and bat-proof my home. In the meantime, should I awake at 3:00 a.m. to find another bat in my home, I will be on the phone calling Jerry to help me.

He couldn't come when I first called. He called to give me an update not too long after that. Little rough around the edges, but he was very kind. My cat had died in the crawlspace and he made me feel better about it. He was very efficient.

The gentleman I talked to was very helpful and responsive to my problem. However he wanted $50 per raccoon to remove. I had no idea how many we were talking about. He was probably the most reasonably priced in this business, but it can get terribly expensive to solve this kind of stuff.

Got his name from the list, and he responded that day. Very easy to work with. Both my wife and I liked him. He did a good job with everything and we were very pleased.
