Great job. I got a special deal for the price from Angie's List, and they honored that as well as power washing the sidewalk for a minimum add on fee

All went well. They were on time, Did not try to "up sell" me. Very polite and courteous. The two man crew showed me what the were going to clean and power wash, siding and the outside of the gutters, and went to work. Two thumbs up for quality and price. Will use them again.

Had appointment scheduled for june 29, company did not come by or call. After many attempts to contact spoke to someone who stated his boss would give me a call the same day. A week later still have not heard from him, his boss or had the services performed.

They arrived on time and did a good job on both areas. My only small complaint was that some of the resulting splashing on the surrounding house was not cleaned up, which was why I marked them down to a B for quality. It was easy to clean up after everything dried. Overall I was very pleased and would hire them again.

20/20 View is a very professional company. From the initial phone call, the estimate, scheduling, service and payment/receipt. A+ all the way around.

They washed our aluminum house and did a test first to make sure their product wasn't too strong. They were very efficient and did an excellent job! Very honest and likable guys. I would highly recommend them to others. They also had very reasonable prices.

The day I contacted 20/20 View from the day I paid them for a job well done was a professional experience.

It was raining heavily on the day of the power wash which was March 31. You really couldn't tell how the house looked when it was done. We looked at the house over the weekend and noticed that the job was horrible. On April 2nd, we received an email regarding the power wash. On April 4th I responded to the email that we were not satisfied. We have not received a response to this email.

The pressure washing was fine but the added service of exterior window washing promised was definitely not a priority for them. They sprayed the windows off and just let them dry with spots all over them. When I asked if they were going to wipe them off they said they would "Probably dry without spotting". I wiped a few myself that were important to me, but the rest were just left to spot. They definitely prioritize the power washing and not the promised "extras".

It went well. they sprayed their solution on the roof and it dried and the wind blew the remaining solution away and the roof was clean. did not take too long for them to do this

20/20 crew was nice and friendly, they showed up a little early which was fine. I seen some areas on the house they missed. They were very quick in and out within 30 min which is surprising so cannot see all areas of the top of house to see if done ok. They left a huge black mark on the corner on my house which was from their hose plus is marked/scraped the corner siding. not happy with that.

If we had hired them to just do the house pressure washing we would be satisfied. But the offer we purchased was to also include a bonus service of rinsing windows, window frames, window screens, gutters and downspouts. They sprayed the windows along with the house, making them far worse than before. The did not do the window frames that we can tell. When they were finishing up, we asked about the gutters and downspouts. They did one and told us flat out that they weren't included in the offer. I sent them an email, attaching what we bought. They said they would do them the next time they were in the area. That was a month ago. We just got our windows washed and told them not to come out. They just shouldn't have added the words plus Bonus Service.

They washed the two sides and back of the house but not the front.The front is cement like bricks maybe stucco? They were done in about 30 minutes no scrubbing with brushes just sprayed the walls with a little soap then rinsed.Thats the trouble with buying specials however l was hopeing that they would make an effort to lmpress me by going just a few steps further. That's what will get a company repeat business. I want to say the leadman was very courteous as was his crew.

After not being able to accept the date THEY wanted me to take. I have left voicemails to set up a date that works. They have not returned a call or left a voicemail acknowledging they got my calls. I would hope we can work this out, or I will be requesting a full refund. I can never reach an ACTUAL person since the initial conversation and a date that did not work for me because of my work schedule. Very frustrating.

Never got a chance for them to provide service. They scheduled service then informed me due to a "glitch" that they double booked and would need to reschedule. Then through a course of 4 emails I sent that went for the most part unanswered and a phone call where I was told personally that he would call me back later that morning and that never happened either. I cancelled the deal with Angieslist and found another provider that provided an even less expensive quote. Schedule work with this company at your own risk.

House looked wonderful and everything smelled clean. The only problem was the Big Deal was $199.00 and they only charged $139.30 since I have a brick front home. Have yet to get my credit of $59.70 from Angie's List. Have messaged them twice with no response.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the work that was done. The gentlemen that performed the service were friendly and professional. When they were finished my home looked great. They arrived on time, even a tad earlier than was expected, which was great because it gave me the opportunity to start my errands earlier. I even had the opportunity to meet the owner of the company. This was a man who spent time talking to me, which to me, was a very important gester. There was a small problem with a very discourteous neighbor, but the owner handled the problem in a manner that was becoming a professional. He and his crew will be the company I will call back to my home when I am in need of whatever they can work on. I personally feel you wouldn't go wrong choosing this company to service your home. I would like to thank them for a job well done

There was a little confusion as to which package I actually bought from Angie's list, but once we 20/20 and I had a phone conversation everything went great. The guys that do the work are extremely helpful and professional.

They arrived within the 2-hour window we were scheduled. Very professional team, friendly, efficient. Upon arrival discussed what they were doing. We had some mold on the north side which they took care of completely, including going up on the garage roof to take care of the north-facing second floor wall as well. When they were done, he walked around and showed us two very small sports they were unable to wash off -- which I would not have noticed at all. He made sure everything as to our liking--it was! Definitely will use again.
