Great Experience with 20/20. Showed up on time and was very helpful

Overall I was extremely satisfied, they were prompt and professional, then notified us when they were finishing up to do a final walk through just to make sure they didn't miss anything. However, after I purchased the deal, I hadn't had a chance to schedule the appointment yet (as I am a night shift nurse and my hubby is a firefighter), when while I was at work checking emails and noticed that they had sent a confirmation for my appointment the next day (yes, I had to work the next night as well...), so I notified my hubby. Again, I'm very happy with the job, they just need to wait for the customer to contact them for the appointment date/ time...just a courteous fyi...but yes, I would hire them again 😉

The best I've seen. Watered the plants around house first to protect them. Washed the house and went back with a long brush for the tough spots. Rinsed the house and the plants.

They did very good. And explained some flaws that were in my Windows.

We were very pleased with the end result. The crew was a little late in arriving, but they called to communicate that to us prior to showing up. The work was done well and the explained at the end. Will definitely use them again in the future.

They showed up a little late but not bad. The house vinyl now looks great. My wife called me at work to ask if we wanted to do our sidewalks for an additional $35. I said I thought our sidewalks were fine, but for the small extra go ahead and do the work. When I got home I was very surprised at how GREAT our sidewalks looked, wow like new. Good job on the house and sidewalk. Would hire again.

There were bonus services that they did not do it. They claimed they didn't have to and it was in the deal. They said they would come back and do it, but we already brought somebody in to clean our windows.

They are using a new automated system. The system emailed me and said they'd be at the house on Tuesday. They never showed up after I had called into work and asked to work from home. I called and someone answered the phone without identifying himself. He said my work had been rescheduled for Friday but I didn't need to be home for it. If I didn't need to be home it should have said so in the email. And when it was rescheduled I certainly should have been told. The work they did on the mold was great. The siding was very clean when they were done. The gutters don't seem to have been touched, I'll need to hire someone else to come clean them. They also drove through my yard leaving tire tracks as well as spinning their wheels and leaving bare patches of ground.

It went well. My windows were left with residue but after a few heavy rains they look clean.

20/20 Vision was prompt with scheduling my appointment. They arrived on time. They were professional and they did an excellent job seamlessly. They were well equipped for the job and they were able to complete my entire house in about an hour. Their attention to detail was apparent as the quality of their work was wonderful. I highly recommend and I will be a returning customer, absolutely.

Poorly. The pressure wash was just a rinse. The add did say it was a soft pressure washing but not just rinsing (if that was the case I would have thought a brush would have been used). There was no soap or suds on the walls. They said chemicals were used but the chemicals did not clean they only left streaks down the siding. I used a wet towel to wipe the siding with no soap and let dry (as shown in the pictures below). The pictures show that their washing did not even clean the house. Also, while moving tomato plants they broke several limbs. We offered to move the plants but they said there was no need that they would but they did not care if they damaged them. The gutters and porch do look clean but those were extra charges.

Looked good, arrived on time, went right to work, very satisfied.

After maybe a month and a half or two months maybe, that’s the appointment that they give us, but the price it wasn’t $150. It turned out to be close to $400. They charged us $400. They said that was only a portion. The gutter cleaners didn’t show up, but the duct cleaners did. They said the job was more than what we expected, but they did it. They said yesterday $398 or something like that, I’m not sure exactly but I paid with my credit card over the phone. I was not home yet. The quality of work, I will give them a D. They just cleaning it like normal. They didn’t show us what they were, just saying that they are cleaning it, this and that and we didn’t see any difference where they flow the air. One room was not flowing good because of the dirt inside was clogged. I mean we even told them that the price, give us the price, we don’t care about that. It’s only for an advertisement. The price is for the job. It took them two months to even come do it. They said they were going to give us 10% discount for not showing up. They call us again, I give them another chance. I could have said no we don’t need it, but I said okay you can come back that fine. They come back the next time, the appointment they set, but the price was way too high. The guy was rude. He was saying that I don’t care about anything. You have to pay me now here. How about if we pay here, since the price is different from Angie’s List. He was saying, no you have to pay me here. I have to take it on the phone or cash or check or credit card. I would not use them again. It seemed like they wanted the job and then it seemed like once they started the job they decided they needed to charge more for the job.

Horribly. Three sides of our house that are stone were never even touched. Windows and gutters still covered in mold and mildew. How do you even claim to have power washed a 2 story house in under and hour?! Called the company and complained. They scheduled to come back out twice and never showed. We hired another company to finish the job. Worst money every spent with Angie's List.

Not good. Company would not return my calls. Poor work. Left soar all over my windows and stains on siding with pieces broken.

BEWARE!! Once you've paid, company refuses contact and will not provide any satisfaction. Be sure to inspect the job thoroughly before workers leave. Job was not completed and after numerous requests over the past months, company simply refuses to respond. I previously gave a rating of "C", but have to change to "F". All I want is the services paid for be completed. I suggested they return $100 of my payment so that I can pay someone else to complete the job, but I can't even get a response to that request. Very disappointed; I thought Angie's List was created to prevent customers from fraudulent companies. My bad for not doing a complete inspection before workers left. I don't know what went wrong here. Unless you are a paying member, Angie's List does not help settle disputes. My only "out" is to dispute the charges with my credit card company, or file a complaint with the attorney general. Another case of senior citizens being taken advantage of!

They took apart the gutter connectors and never put them back on. When I contacted the technician he apologized and said they would come back out the next day to put them back. No one ever came back out. I emailed 20/20 with my concerns 5 days ago and no one ever responded. When I got up on the roof to put the connectors back on I found that the gutter was clogged and after inspecting the other downspouts I found others that were also not cleaned.

Great service. They came out the next day after service was purchased. The house looks beautiful and so much brighter.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Our house is only ten years old and we have an extremely large roof facing north. Every time I pulled into our drive I saw all of the darker streaks on the roof and it really bothered me. I had to leave shortly after they arrived. And when I came home... what a pleasant surprise! Also they said they would arrive between 10:00 am and noon. They were here at 10:00 am That very rarely happens. Can't,say enough good things,about them.

Prompt, professional and responded to emails and phone calls with helpful information. I will use this provider again.
