Description of Work: The deal was for power washing my deck and then a return for a spray sealant. I don't believe they ever returned to seal the deck add I never received a follow up call to schedule or a confirmation that it was completed.

Description of Work: Pressure washed house, Windows, and roof on a 3 story home. Did an excellent job!!!

Description of Work: Very professional. I would use them again. The $199 was a fair price. I thought the price for additional services (small fence and sidewalk) was a little high.

Description of Work: Provided a hard bristled brush so they could get up some imbedded grime and mold.If we didn't do that, we would not have been satisfied with the outcome. We did call to schedule staining but they never called back so we did it ourselves.

Description of Work: I bought a deal with them for professional deck restoration, and felt it was a little deceptive that it didn't include the railings, and those were an additional fee to get done. Also, he thought due to the age of my deck, the work they were doing wouldn't make much of a difference.

Description of Work: They cleaned 15 windows inside and out. They arrived on time and was very professional and efficient. I will definitely use them again next year.

Description of Work: Powerwashed second floor deck and stucco surrounding it. Did an excellent job. Came earlier than scheduled, but were very accommodating and helped with furniture that I was planning on moving prior to their scheduled arrival time. Deck looks great!!!

Description of Work: The way the ad was written was very confusing. When the provider showed up, they told us they did not do any replacement of the wood, which is the sole purpose of our purchase. They were very nice and agreed the ad was confusing. I called to get help to get a refund and the lady I spoke to at Angie's List was very nice and helpful too. It definitely made me comfortable to try again in the future - BUT I WILL READ THE FINE PRINT!

Description of Work: Please see below text from the offer page: "Some service restrictions apply; deck stairs can be cleaned and sealed for an additional fee; custom colors, semi-solids, and solid sealers can be applied for an additional fee" I provided the square footage of my deck to the provider, but their representative told me they could not quote me a price for the fee to apply a solid sealer prior to the appointment. When I requested them to come out and look at the deck and give me a quote in advance if they were unable to do it over the phone, they said they were unable to do that, and the technician would just tell me how much it was when he arrived that day to do the work. I don't think this is very professional way to do business. Surely they can't expect someone to agree to a business transaction without any idea of what the final cost would be. This raised a red flag for me, and I prefer not to go forward doing business with this provider. I let the provider know on the phone that I would be requesting a refund. Their representative, Sheila, was cordial, but I had the sense that they had plenty of response from this ad and weren't really concerned about losing my particular business.

Description of Work: They washed all the windows and screens in my home. Since I didn't have the maximum number of windows included in the purchase, they also did my front and patio doors. The windows were clean and shiny. Some of the screens were not replaced as tightly as needed. They also power-washed my sidewalk and concrete porch for an additional charge. They had the equipment with them to do it that day. That was a great job. I will more than likely have this company come back in the spring to power-wash my brick patio and deck. |They were very professional, polite and arrived right on time. It was a nice job to have done by someone else from my viewpoint because I own a two-story home and the second floor windows are a bit challenging!

Description of Work: I paid $99 for the service through Angie's list; however, I added the service of soft power washing my entire house. One complaint is the solution they used killed most all of the flowers in my garden beds. Also, when I was sent a receipt, it only indicated that I'd paid $400. No mention of the $99 that I prepaid.

Description of Work: I responded to an online "Angie's Deal" for outside window and gutter cleaning for $135. Sounded too good to be true and it was. Because I had a "2 and one-half story home" and 5 extra windows the price more than doubled to $310 after they arrived. This likely was still a good value since the company had to make a second trip with different equipment to accomplish the job, however, any limitations on the "deal" were not well explained in the initial email. Work was completed satisfactorily by nice people, however, no more Angie's Deals" for me.

Description of Work: More gutters and windows were cleaned than were originally on the contract. The technician was professional, personable and willing to do extra(for additional cost). My only complaint was that there was only one man which I think is unsafe for working on a ladder and roof. He explained that they were busy due to Angie's list "Deal" and workers spread thin. His practices were safe and careful however.

Description of Work: 15 windows for $99.00 is an excellent price. The way the windows were counted when the crew got here was something that should have been in the offering information. My picture window is a bay style window and it was counted as 4 windows because it had 4 panes of glass. It was not installed that way, it came as one unit and was installed as such...... and I did not care for that. Also the way some of the others were counted was in an odd manner, I thought. For example our front doors are a double set with an 8 inch side glass panel on either side of the doors. This was counted as 4, the glass in the doors, plus the side panels. So the bay window and doors with side glass panels were counted as 8. This should be included in the information. I guarantee you, had I known this I would not have done this. The other thing that bothered me was they were a bit messy. The window sills were not wiped and the floor area (fortunately laminate) was left with lots of drips. I also have a garden window and I did feel it was priced well, even though it was considered additional. The crew were professional and quite nice and it was a difficult area to work as I have been ill, had surgery, and the house is quite messy as I had been unable to maintain it in an orderly fashion. |The windows and sliding glass doors I added were completed at the additional cost of $100.00. That did not cover all of the windows in the house. There were 4 windows not done. That would have been an additional $40.00 I believe.
