Description of Work: the pressure wash did not remove the green mold stain that was the reason we hired them to do the cleaning. They gave it a good try, but should have known that their technology was not suffieient for the job. We will now have the siding repainted of replaced.

Description of Work: They power washed the house. WhenI asked if they could do the roof of the porch they said it would be $125 more. It was maybe 6'x25' and they had already done the porch itself. I was not very pleased with the quality... I could hardly tell it was done.

Description of Work: They were 2 hours late on the first appointment to pressure wash my deck. They told me the deck would need to dry for 48 hours before treating it. It has been over 168 hours. I have contacted them by phone but they still have not given me a time to come back to finish the job. Mean while all my deck furniture is sitting in my lawn and I cannot use my deck.
