Description of Work: They scheduled, came, did their job well, and we had no problems. I never even saw them; it was fast and efficient which is exactly what I wanted because I'm busy. All too often it takes other companies forever to fit you in because they over-book, not the case here. Good job!

Description of Work: Driveway and front porch was power washed. Agustin and his partner were excellent. Very mannerly, friendly, and east to work with. Your my choice from now on for all my power washing needs. Very efficient and was called the next day for work to be done.

Description of Work: The cost to power wash the porch and side walk was 60-100 dollars more in price. This is much more than we have paid in he past

Description of Work: They provided the service for the offer but they did not advise me of the additional charge for the rest of my house until the night before they were scheduled. This was after multiple emails scheduling the date. The cost for the additional 300 sq.ft. was about the same price as the first 2500 sq.ft. (Which I opted not to have done) They also changed the time of the appointment from 8am to 2pm the night before and then showed up over an hour before the new scheduled time. The crew were very nice and did clean a part of the side they selected in my 300 ft. that was extremely dirty upon my request.

Description of Work: I purchase the 1500 sq ft roof cleaning deal they offered as my front roof had developed growing moss problem. They came out and cleaned the roof and were very polite and professional. One problem did occur; where the chemicals they used splashed or ran over my 20 year old vinyl windows, the frame discolored yellow. I was promised that they would fix this, and after a few weeks they needed to get the cleaning chemicals (and a phone call to remind them) they returned as promised and the window frames as back to white. I am pleased with their service and would recommend them for roof cleaning.

Description of Work: This company is primarily a power washing and window cleaning establishment. I would not recommend them for deck care or maintenance. I thought I was getting power washing and stain, but it turns out that the promotion was for wash and waterproofing (a clear spray-on protectant.). Spindles and railings are extra. To get my deck stained by them, it would have been upwards of about $900. I declined. Also note that weather will factor in. Once they power washed the deck, it had to dry for at least 48 hours before they can waterproof. It took over a month to complete job due to weather and bookings. The owner and crew were very nice and respectful. I would rebook for Windows. | |In general..... |My advise would be to read promos carefully and know exactly what it includes. My experience with Angies List vendors is that there is always upsell involved to get end result you want. | |
